HP 6530b Laptop Repair Broken Loud Fan? cleaning unscrewing diagnosis

- Today we present you the HP 6530b laptop. I managed to buy it for less than PLN 100 and I think that for its intended purpose it is a pretty good purchase. The laptop has a Core 2 duo p8600 processor with 2 cores of 2.4ghz each, 2GB of DDR2 RAM and an Intel gma4500hd graphics chip.
Of course, you can't omit a broken piece of palmrest and a few deeper scratches on the housing. It also has one flaw that I'm going to fix today. Namely, strange noises coming from the fan.
Remember to first remove the battery and hold the laptop power button to discharge the remaining voltage.
At first I was going to disassemble the laptop into its first parts, but as you will see, I found that there is no need.
After taking it apart, I thought it was just a piece of plastic. I saw different things but a foreign body located in such a way was a surprise.
The laptop will work in a car workshop, its predecessor is an old PC with a pentium 3 processor clocked at 800mhz, which a year ago bravely fulfilled its role. I chose this model for a reason.
Undoubtedly, its best feature is the socket, which allows you to replace the processor yourself. I've refurbished several of these laptops. In this case, I replaced the processor with an intel core 2 duo t9400, t9550 or the most exclusive version of the t9600. The biggest advantage of this processor is 6MB of level 2 cache memory, a clock speed of about 2.6GHz on the core and a 1066MHz bus. All you had to do was add an SSD and add RAM.
After the diagnosis, I clean the systems, apply a new paste and cut off the excess thermopad because someone in my opinion exaggerated, such a cap will definitely not improve cooling.
In this laptop, I will also replace the RAM because we have two different 1gb bones here, so I will add two 2gb bones.
On request, I also bought a non-original battery for PLN 50 and of course I added a disk from an old laptop.

Dobra robota :D Ale ja bym radził się przenieść z Windows XP do jakiegoś nowszego ponieważ przeglądqnie neta na XPeku jest niebezpieczne ze zwględu na to że jest podatny na ataki hakerskie. Jeśli by Windows 10 nie poszedł to polecam jakiegoś linuxa
Dziękuje :) Problem w tym że kolega mechanik korzysta z oprogramowania, które na nowszych systemach działa nie do końca dobrze :/ Aczkolwiek planuje dodać mu drugą partycje z nowszym systemem, na którym ze spokojem będzie mógł korzystać z przeglądarki :)
Tak w tych najnowszych laptopach procesory lutowane i jest problem z wymianą procesora i naprawą laptopa. Jest zabawa z kuleczkami i lutowaniem prcesora. Modernizacja laptopa poprzez wymianę procesora jest nieopłacalna.
Niestety i ja się z tym nigdy nie pogodzę :( Właśnie chodzi o te kwoty jak ktoś usłyszy cenę za przelutowanie CPU to mało na zawał nie padnie, podobnie zresztą z uszkodzoną kartą graficzną dlaczego nie mogła być wymienna? Tyle laptopów spotykam, które trzeba odstawić już na półkę bo po zmianie systemu nie da się na nich pracować. A czasami niektórzy są naprawdę bardzo przywiązaniu do swoich sprzętów. Wiem coś o tym bo ostatnim razem chyba przez miesiąc przesiadałem się na nowego laptopa :(
