I worked at a heating plant in Detroit years ago. Brings back many memories of the precipitators, bag house, boiler, miles of walkways and the dreaded caged ladders.
Have watched every part and thanks for the postings.

I’m honestly impressed by how that machine is able to take care of those steel beams, especially since the company would probably have a pair of the same shears that are on the Volvo machine that appears a couple of times throughout the demo for the high reach machine?

i put soap in the milling machine when i fill it up at a hydrant, more sureface area for the dust to cling to a massive difference in dust when milling the road

That's when you see the size of the metal beams next to the guy with the torch that you can figure out the strength of the machine. Well the torch power too...

So far I've posted up to Part 18. There will be a total of 23 parts, which are currently in the process of editing. Also coming later this month, more of the McLean Demo.

Amazing how it was a historically protected property, yet after all these back and forths, the developer just leaves one side of a facade😂

I agree. But I can see how repurposing this would be a challenge. Getting all that equipment out without demolishing the building would be difficult. But the real challenge would be to make something useful with all those odd floor heights and large voids in the structure.
