At one point in my life( in my early 20s )I was apart of 7 different things and did at least 3 each Sunday at a church we attended.. doing all this stuff plus being a wife and mother of 3 young kids at the time. I was stressed, my family was neglected- even though I was doing "ministry "... I had to let it go. The Lord showed me then... busy doing a bunch of works doesnt mean effectiveness. Learning to say no was and is still a blessing. Some folks will offload every task onto you cause they know you wont turn them down. Don't put yourself in that position.
