The oscillation is not from Dan's video but from his stereo. Dan has many facets and voices that you will only get to know over time. Every song he makes is something new and surprising that we would never have thought would be the way it is.
Yes that sound volume glitch came through several times. Don't know what it's from, but, the video should not be the problem. Glad you liked it ... this was better than I'd hoped, too! Dan has been doing more of these metal make-overs on his newer releases. His older covers are often very close to the originals ... but still with Dan-stuff done to make them more epic. Many of his covers, Dan just flat out sings the original! 😅 check these for some epic Dan screams, which are always melodic and on pitch. * Black Wind Fire and Steel * Blind and frozen * More than a feeling Thanks for the continued Dan Vasc reactions!❤

I'll second the Witcher covers, especially Burn Butcher Burn, which is a real tour-de-force; I'll Make a Man out of You (from Mulan); some of his metalized versions of ordinary songs, such as Seal's A Kiss from a Rose, Adeles's Rolling in the Deep; or the stunning Amazing Grace. Nobody is discrediting Celine Dion for her version of this song, it had it's place at the time. The general complaint is that we all heard too much of it. Even when I heard that Dan was going to sing this, I was thinking, "Oh no, not again"😉but I should've trusted Dan as he's "fixed" a few songs that needed a "fresh take" and some that were "meh"😅imho😉 Even when Dan has sung close to the original songs, he puts his own stamp on them, so much so, that I don't want to listen to the original. Dan has a super 80's playlist. In fact he covers all genres in great style. Looking forward to more Dan reactions, thankyou😃

Where ever the sound oscillation is coming from, it's not from the original video. I went and listened to it again and it was fine. Possibly something to do with the equipment you're using (computer, sound board, or other). Also, to help with knowing who the guest musicians are, Dan puts title cards at the beginning of the videos (at least for the newer ones), as well as listing all participants in the making of the video in the video's info area (click "more"), but to help out: Garrett J Peters - Bass & Guitars; Dan programmed the rest of the instrumentation; Dan and Gabriel Belozi (long time friend of Dan's) came up with the arrangement, and Tony Lindgren did the mastering.
First off...the changes in the sound were definitely weird. They aren't there in Dan's recording. It must have been something that happened when you downloaded the file. I've seen similar things happen occasionally, but not quite the same way they happened here...very strange. Guitarist = Garrett J. Peters (from Canada) ... he has played for Dan's videos at other times, as well. If you keep going down the rabbit hole, you'll definitely see/hear more of him. Before too long, as you start digging, you'll find several different guitarists, and the most prevalent will be Victor the Guitar Nerd. When you see long hair and a ton of other guitars behind him, you'll know it's him. I won't say more than that, other than, once you DO hear his work with Dan, you might want to go check out his channel, as well. I see lots of suggestions from Vasc Nation, in the already-existing comments, so I won't go there. Thank you very much for another great reaction to Dan's work.
Dan got inspiration from the power metal cover of Battledragon from 8 years ago. It makes sense. Also Dragonforce did a great cover about a year ago, but Dan's version has got more views than both other bands. :)
I can see by all of the enthusiasm in the comments that Dan is receiving the accolades that he deserves. As a member of VascNation, I know that he performs everything that he chooses to do perfectly. I know I'm biased, but if you seriously start listening to what he's done so far in his catalog of over 200 songs, plus having his own band, FEARLESS, you will see why he has such a loyal following of almost a million subs.
