NOTE: The message of this video should not be misinterpreted as advice to run away from one's worldly duties and responsibilities. It is only meant to help those who are going through mental suffering because of their false belief that happiness is derived through enjoyment of sense-objects.

If I were able to look into YOUR eyes I know for sure that I would experience incredible Joy, Happiness and Enjoyment. A "sense" object is anything we see, hear, feel or touch, correct? To say that we must sit alone, in silence and turn our focus within...in order to feel and experience REAL joy & happiness is terrible advice! This physical World was not created for us to come into a human life and sit in silence, eyes closed hoping to reach and experience God. We are HERE to experience and EXPRESS who and what we Truly are beyond these bodies and minds....and we could never do that without all the other manifestations or expressions of the One and Only Source of all.....God is a Steam of Energy, intelligent, aware and ALL-KNOWING and created this world in order that it might experience all that it knew.......I am not making these comments thinking that I am going to teach anyone anything.....I am simply sharing my Truth gathered from My asking and seeking for Spiritual Truths.....

Yes, doing Karm Yog combined with Bhakti Yog and detachment to the worldly things is best and easy for people walking to the spiritual path. Sanyasa Yog or Renunciation for beginners not recommended as things can be easily misinterpreted and it's difficult to control the mind.

Actually, you should leave everything and devote to God completely. Why so modern Supreme Yogi?

Dear Supreme Yogi, so appreciate all you do to spread the powerful words of the Masters in such a splendid, visual and revivifying way. Please note that this pic in the above video (and some others) does not appear to be that of Sivananda, but one of his disciples. In other Sivananda videos, you have used the correct photo of the great Master. Pranams… 🪷💕

There is no body no mind to be responsible of some mirage. Any believe is mental and false. Wisdom words are only here to calm down the mental. Once the mental is silent our true nature is revealed. I know how the Maya play with us, giving, taking, again and again, chattering tomorrow you would have it or you would retrieve it. How that kind of process can be true ? No responsibility for impermanent things. Me me me me me... me who ?

Only Shiva was invincible for these trappings of Lust. Else it is not conquerable for human except with divine grace which can only happen with extremely pure selfless heart. Else path is walking on thorns.

I do not agree with this message at all.....He is wrong!.....Was He an Enlightened One?.....I don't think so....."there is no pleasure in objects"?......He must have lived in a cave away from everyone and everything.....When I look into the eyes of another Human Being or a Dog...I am overwhelmed with Extreme pleasure, Joy and Gratitude....what is an "Object" to Him, that He speaks of? Why do I have to keep making these comments here like this? Many of these postings are Profound and Truth....but many are not. Life is not a prison we must get out of. It is not full of THINGS or People or places we must ignore and never think about. We do not seek pleasure and Happiness from objects, situations or people. It all happens NATURAULLY.....It happens naturally without any seeking because there is only ONE THING in existence.....GOD/SHIVA....the STREAM of Energy that is intelligent, awake, aware, in everything everywhere. It might seem we are seeking things but we are not.....we are simply moving towards the Highest "expressions" of that One Source, only Source, only Thing that is expressing itself in trillions of ways all at once. Some of those WAYS feel good to us and some do not....We naturally move towards that which feels good. Simple....

Brother, you seem confused. you have to read the Vedantic scriptures more and learn from them as your have not got the gist of the message being conveyed by Swamiji.

Your point is from a very (very) limited, uninformed and inexperienced perspective. Ironically, Self Realization is freedom, which is a NON limited perspective. Your comment doesn't even come close to understanding and addressing what this video is about and your information is a great example of futility in attempting to "have your cake and eat it too" (BTW, your gonna need a whole lotta help with that). And, your blatant disrespect to Sivananda and the guys who posted this video is an outright stinking insult. What are you even doing here, being obnoxious, arguing about what someone who definitely knows what they're talking about and is very experienced is saying? You're embarrassing comment comes across like an intruding troll. How 'bout boning up on your social skills and getting your information straight; you'll be a lot happier, be able to have an actual conversation and maybe learn something that might actually do you some good (without having to pay for counselling).
