@@paulklemer you haven't been listening or reading your bible I see. Read the bible. I pray for people like you that you find your way. God bless us all.
You two have no idea what this time out of your day means to us. Jase, I love your stories (don't ever be quiet) and listening to the word every day for an hour, means I don't have to wait 7days (Sunday) to be fed with the truth. Guests are nice to have on, but you two are the real deal! Thanks so much!
I tend to listen to you at least 5x wk, sometimes 2-3 shows cuz i have catching up to do. I've struggled with a certain sin, and my temper. Your family has been a source if freedom and understanding to me. I beieve u have saved not one but 2, and generations to follow. Thank u
I think this was the bestest episode!!! Having Jase and his dad was absolutely 💯 👌 perfect combo! Its a shame you can't reformat the show in this manner from now on! Wow I learned so much more, so calm and clear!
The commercials and sponsors’ messages of the podcasts are so distracting. Many times Jase is making a very important spiritual point and they cut to a break ...about underwear or baldness products, etc. I personally think it would be great to have a show without the excessive merchandising. Thank you.
@S Campbell I was thinking the same thing. Al says he needs to be there to "guide" the podcast in the right direction or it will be all over the place. There was no direction needed by Al here. The podcast after this one, they used Al's commercials, Jase didn't do them. Seems to me, that someone wasn't happy. Doesn't seem Christian like to me, just my thoughts.
Had to rewatch during lunch. It is apparent that Jase (who I wrongly criticized for interrupting during other episodes) has the gift of gospel teaching with a very serene calming spirit. He just needed a chance to demonstrate it!!!!
My husband is on a list in our county to pick up deer that has been hit by vehicles. So far this year, even before opening day, we have been blessed with one doe and one buck. The doe he did traditionally but the buck he turned into summer sausage. My parents raise hogs annually, and this year our hog was over 342 lbs! Our freezer is full and God is so good!
I am probably the ONLY person in the world just finding this family in 2020. I'm so glad God guided me their way. God bless all you Robertson's and married ins. God bless y'all. I've learned more in a year bout God and the word than I have in almost 50. Thank you for helping me on that front.
I think because many of us do not get to hunt as often as you guys. The mounts bring us fond memories of good times. I eat them all or I won't harvest them. I often make sausage, but backstraps and loins always become steaks! I love you guys and pray to God for your well being and spirit!
My Mom used to dredge very thin slices of venison in flour w/ salt and pepper, then brown them in oil. Then she would stack them in the frying pan with just a touch of water put the lid on and let them cook on low for a while. That was so good 👍💝
My husband makes a deer stir fry with green peppers, mushroom, deer straps chunked up, soy sauce, cornstarch(prob missing a couple ingredients)Kinda makes a gravy and we put it over rice. So good!
On deer roast I always rub with olive oil and minced garlic, then sprinkle Lipton onion soup mix on the top wrap in heavy duty foil and cook in the oven @275 for 4- 6 hours depending on the size of the roast. Amazing!
Best podcast ever. “Who do you think you are”? Christ’s ambassadors. I am incredibly grateful for your studies from the Word of God of His eternal truth through Jesus Christ. I have come to know, love, and serve God more because of your obedience to Him. Saying “thank you” seems so trite but it is all I have...so thank you.
Canned deer in beef broth and a garlic clove is so excellent in the middle of Feb. Open heat and add homemade egg noodles and put over mashed taters with a side of home canned green beans.
Thank you so much for giving me a place to hear the word of God and thoughts about how it pertains to us today. I enjoy your show and check-in often. It helps me keep a Jesus perspective in all the noise of the outside world.
One good thing about email is you’ve got a written record of a conversation. You can’t ignore family, but if one is argumentative, they can’t say they never said what they said!
Great podcast Phil and Jase. Still hoping you guys can up it to a daily thing. Phil is always saying that the grave is looming larger all the time...would sure be nice to get as much of his teaching on record as possible before he goes to be with Jesus. Love you guys!
Thank you so much for this show. I love listening to ya speak about the Lord Jesus Christ and God Almighty. Especially reading scripture. Love it. Thank you.
What my family has done for many years is just freeze the meat in water for 1-2 months, 3-4 is preferred and you can't taste the wild taste in it. You don't smell it cooking it either. It's some good stuff fried in homemade batter.
Jase, how you feeling brother? We're praying for your strength to return. We love all y'all Robertsons & pray God continues to keep you all safe, strong, healthy & blessed. 🙏So fun to watch just the two of you...Poppa bear and his cookie punch cub 😄 Please keep on with the podcast & tell Al we miss him when he's gone. His laugh is one of a kind 😆
Is the river by your place the Ouachita River? I saw it on one of Phil's videos and was amazed at how big it was. I live in Mena, AR and the Ouachita River begins here. I want to come to your area and see it there, it is a lot bigger where you are at, if that is the Ouachita River by you.
My choice for cooking venison (deer meat), is to take coarse salt and spray just enough water on it so you can make a flat salt cake about 1 inch thick, then place the salt cake on top of the steaks and broil them in the oven, then when you flip the steaks over just flip the salt cake on top. Not only does it prevent the meat from drying out during cooking but it will not be salty! Try it and see for yourself.
Man, I really needed to hear the point that Jase mentioned regarding being ambassadors for Christ. You cant be a disciple of Christ without opening your mouth and speaking the word/truth. I feel I'm not the guy as some of the bible figures did as well. But Jesus uses those who dont always fit the mold. Thank you brothers.
I've seen it many times while duck hunting. Deer feel absolutely no threat from anything that is in the water. I've had them walk through my decoy spread.
I just got my booster shot yesterday.. I've worked all through covid.. Wore mask when asked to.. I don't want to live my life worried...God's got my life in His hands..❤❤❤
I’m a disciple of Christ and share him with everyone who will listen and even to those that want . Only God can save their soul but it is my job to plant the seed and to water it when they let me . Jesus is my Lord and savior and the only way and life . I love to hear your wisdom Phil . Thank God for y’all’s voice and calling !♥️🙏🏼
I need ideas how to cook deer meet. Do you all have a recipe book? I have one of Miss Kay's cookbooks, does her other cookbook have more deer recipes, or is it strictly the men's thing to cook?
I loved the show duck dynasty but I’m glad it’s over because now we get this ... spread the word of god is always the way to go... it’s needed in this crazy world we’re to many don’t believe in god... you guys are a inspiration if I ever make it to LA I’ll be showing up at your church to hear Phil or al preach ... hope it’s someday soon until then keep up the good work guys
I love Jesus!
Jesus loves the hell out of you. 💞
Amen 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Me too. Thank God for Christ Jesus ✝️
How do you guys even know Jesus? Where did you meet him?
@@paulklemer you haven't been listening or reading your bible I see. Read the bible. I pray for people like you that you find your way. God bless us all.
You guys are doing an excellent job, Phil and Jase. Thank you for your faithfulness to Jesus and His Word.

I enjoy listening to the interaction between Phil and Jase the most.
I just love Phil! He is the voice of reason during a senseless time. If only more of us were like Phil and Kay.

My favorite podcast.
Great show Jase & Phil - Very much enjoyed! God Bless y’all✌️
One of the best podcasts yet!! Thank you both for your wisdom teaching.
I agree Jase. Hebrews 2:10 is, in my humble opinion, the meaning of life itself! God bless you all in Jesus' name!
I'm watching this again and it just hit me...horns on a deer, LOL. Gotta love Jase! Loved this podcast, wasn't loud and very peaceful.
Jase rocks as the host! Great episode 👏 👌 👍
Y'all are making me sooo hungry! Love your podcast, love y'all, love Jesus most of ALL! God bless everyone here!
Y'all did a great job even unsupervised. 👍 It's good to meditate on the Word of the Lord with you, I look forward to it. Go with God.
You two had a wonderful message on this podcast. What is your truth? What is your truth based on? All I can think of to say is thank you.
Hope all is well Phil... keep the podcasts coming as they are greatly appreciated!

Best show ever!! 2 wild men talking what they really live and know
The onions give the moisture to the deer. That's an old trick granny taught me

And thank you for your inspiration!
Great job guys! God bless!
When we cook elk we just pan fry it in a cast iron pan with butter. Salt and pepper. Super easy and tasty
Thank you so much for the things you do and say. Its truly amazing how fearless you gentlemen are for our LORD. Thank you

Thank you Phil, and Jase you really teach the Bible in a way I can understand. God Bless you and your Family's in Jesus name !! !!
Try Lemon Pepper Seasoning on meat before putting egg and flour. I’m with Jase on thinner pieces!!
Really good podcast.
This is going to be interesting. Jase and Phil, alone in conversation.
Love your show, look forward to you everyday. I love Jesus, Ohio 65 and really want to visit your family. 🙏🙏🙏🙏💜💜💜
Preach it Jase the parallel ~ Jesus' relationship (as man) to the Father and ours to Jesus today ~ you're talking about is the mystery of Godliness!!
God is good
Yum backstrap n sausage!😋😋😋
Jim Mcguiggan's The God of the Towel is an awesome book about God's heart. Blessed are you Jase to have met him / know him.
Love to listen to Jim and Eddy McGuigan lessons.

There is a RUclips Channel Hush and it teaches people about hunting. It is Casey Levere’s passion, hunting.
