PT is really all I’ve had recommended by the ortho docs. I had some scans for stress fractures and an MRI. I may do a gait analysis or something soon, but overall I just need to spend a lot of time in the gym. I’m concerned the road running repetitive movements while sticking a camera out on a pole are leading to the agitation that keeps coming back.
