Low volatility has nothing to do with the maximum amount of money that can be won on one spin in a game because there are always outliers. Low volatility just impacts the frequency of those big wins.. it just means that the machine is more even distributing wins based on the preprogrammed payout rate(which is typically 85-90 percent on slots).. not to mention, most slots in general have their lowest volatility on their minimum bet, and highest volatility at their max bet

I've noticed sometimes and it might just be luck but when you hit the bet button and immediately hit it again it'll force the spin to stop and if you're good at seeing say the coins in this case you can get them easier than letting the machine do it for you.

I would love for you to explain how you know which are low, medium or high. Is there some indication on the machine? I have played for years and I know that they are out there. I have thought when I played a machine that doesn’t pay off that’s it’s a house advantage machine.
You unfortunately can't know until you sit down on a game and spin for a bit and see for yourself how it pays and how frequently it gives you those wins. There's no sign or list or anything, it's a machine-by-machine thing you will get a feel for as you pay attention to the volatility.

Example would be that progressive machines are generally high volatility vs sizzling 7's, which can pay a lot of 200, 300, and on occasion some 1000 hits, but that is the max per spin.

I think it goes by how much you can win. As the first machine top pay was 400 plus a multiplier. The others had progressives up for grabs.
