I love your videos and it’s clear you take pride in your work. That said I’ve called your store at least 6 times and got different answers each time I called from different people.. I tried to get a custom build and never received a callback. I’ve spent over 25,000 on upgrades and was unable to get anything from you guys. It’s sad you spend all this time making videos to help promote business and several of us has experienced this same situation. I’ve asked to speak to Adam several times and just got the run around about you being busy. Sorry to rant but it aggravates me every time I watch a video lol.
Hello, I am sorry to hear this I will pass this along to Adam. The videos are a small part of Adams job but they should be able to at least get you over to his voice mail so he can call you back or take a name an number.
This is one of the best builds I have seen. Is it pricey, yea. But accessories add up fast. I will come close to this build. Looking to put a deposit down this fall. I'm telling myself not over 40K. But then I think, 45K max. smh. You get what you pay for and these guys build em' better than anyone around. We're about 6hrs away in Ohio but we have nothing near here that compares to what you guys do.
Thanks for watching. You are exactly right. Price is a huge factory for anyone. But our parts guys work with the customer to get them what they want and what they will need bases on preference and riding style. If a customer is building a Sunday cruiser and an street legal machine there is no need to put 2k worth of a arms and heavy duty suspension parts as it will not benefit the customer in that type of riding. Now if the customer says I want to rock race and have the kitchen sink well that will be an expensive build. Most our builds end up with machine and labor in the 42-45K range. That is like this one was right at 50K. But most times they are options and things to look custom and not break the bank. We look forward to doing business with you and can wait to help you with your new machine.
Dang! I just got my 1st X3 last November$$$. That is a lot of kewl additions on that unit. I REALLY LIKE that windshield. Probably take me years to get half of that. Nice job.

My SPEED coming in at $39k with 300 plus horsepower and 25" travel suspension and all accesories I wanted. Can't wait. This is a nice car though. I hope SPEED and him can work a dealer deal. The cars are nice. April is ETA. We will see!

It’s definitely a nice ride for sure. I was wondering if it has any upgrades underneath like skid plates and radius rods in the rear since the a arms were upgraded? To me that just sounds like a great investment since your spending all that money and time upgrading all the protection on the bumpers and tree kickers. Just curious if that was something left out of the build or just something that wasn’t highlighted in the video. I prefer all the ground clearance within reason and protection underneath before I would worry with the extra goodies on top. I’m not dogging the build by any means. It’s super sharp. One more question. Did you upgrade the suspension since adding all the extra weight. Seems like a must to me. Thanks for showing the nice build.
Hello, Thanks for watching. The factory skid plate is fine for this customer. The rear rods was offered to the customer but they chose not to get them. We offer all customer the option of A arms and Rear rods for the X3 and the customer let us know what they want. Based on what they budget and riding they plan to do.

The RC models skid plates are a lot better than other models. Another reason I went with RC model. I compared in person, the RC skid plate is thicker and covers more (belt housing, trailing arms, front a-arms, rock slider). Also get lower doors, winch, tow hooks, and roof... the front a-arms themselves on the RC model are beefier too (boxed), as well as rear trailing arms.
It’s an amazing build, I’m curious of the price though. Would y’all be able to reveal the cost of the complete build out the door?

This is a great looking ride. I'm curious though, are all of the switches, heated seats, etc.. waterproof? Or would all of that hard work and upgrades be ruined if it was taken through a deep puddle?
Thanks for watching. Yeah everything we use is marine grade so water and mud will not affect them.
the crazy thing is that a lot of guys order these all done up and only do 300 miles on back roads a few times then don't have time to ride so it sits for 8 months and goes back up for sale.

Nice and clean installs all around. As a service tech nothing is more hellish as a unit that comes in for electrical issues with the owner doing all the wiring himself just leaving is as a rats nest.
I had one X3 come in that the owner put a stereo system in that had wires wrapped around the frame in loops. He went as far to remove the SAS module and leave is hanging bouncing around all over the place because it was in the way of his speakers he mounted. I told him depending on the issue I may have to remove all his wiring to put it back to stock to correctly test it and he got all pissy. He swore up an down it was a sensor and not the wiring. Guess what, it was the wiring.
What’s really sad is this guy is a Diesel mechanic and he didn’t understand what no continuity meant...People need to leave shit along to others that know what they are doing

hey guys were can I get the power flip windshield with the washer kit .does everything come in one package
Thanks for watching. This kit is on back order everywhere right now. We are hoping to get more in sometime in MARCH. But the kit does come with everything you need to install. It has two part numbers one for the windshield 715007097 and one for the wiper kit 715006310.

What is a good windshield for the RR models that fit with the intrusion bars?
The only windshield we know that is cut for the intrusion bar is the Super ATV. They have one that comes pre cut for the intrusion bar. Thanks for watching.

Thanks for watching. Yeah we sent the door back to get some grease on the bushing to keep it from squeaking. With the 2021 having a bigger stator and BRP has changed some of the programing on the machine. We are having a lot better success with the newer setup over past year model X3's.

Question about the power flip wiper .. I have the power flip on my 19 RC, can the wiper kit be added to mine? Also how does it not scratch the poly?

Yep it can and just looked it up 840 for wiper kit. So thats a 2300+ combo on that vehicle so much for a polycarbonate. I prefer dot for my type of riding but that power flip is sweet
Hello, Thanks for watching. Yeah it can be added to the windshield you currently have. We have been using wipers from BRP on their hard coat windshield from back in 17 with little issue. The polycarbonate will take on some scratches but we usually get over 2500 miles out of them when we ride the muddy and dusty stuff year round. BRP does now just sell the windshield part for the power flip now also. This is the part number if you had to replace it. 705012104
Wow, that's bad assed. What's the MSRP on a decked out one like that ? I'm just now learning about these things and finding out this is the wrong year to buy, but this would be perfect for me.

Thanks for watching. Yeah BRP offers certain packages with the winch and others with out it. The XMR and XRC model X3 will come with winches and all other X3 models will not have a winch.

How cheap are the stock parts that u end up changing most of them?
Hello, The customer gets the option to take stock parts or they can give them credit for them. If we get them they are usually 30% off retail when we sale them.

So did the cluches need changing to accommodate the extra inch of tire height or is factory ok?
Thanks for watching and please subscribe to the channel to help it grow. We did not change the clutches we left them stock for now and only change them if the customer has issue driving. We have run up to 35 inch tires with out clutch kits and dont have issues.

what is the type of tires
System 3 XT 370’s
System 3 XTR 370s. in 33-10-15 size.
Great build a lot of factory parts. Besides the typical strengthening weak point products I do see one factory brp part that would set this car off and work with what already on it. The BRP door handle kit. The brp bags are meant to work with it. You get a nice door handle on outside and a handle on inside. Especually with the cab closure windows you wouldn't have to unzip to unlock door
