    I tried this on my grill last week. Absolutely delicious. My wife raved on the taste of the pork. She also is not a leftover person but this has been eaten for 3 meals and we will have another one this evening.

    There's not a better roast on the planet....have made this 10 or 12 times and am making for family tonight. Just ridiculous! The smokey, nutty, crazy tender iberico is absolutely amazing.

    Tried the same recipe on a lamb shoulder. Served with home made Italian tomato sauce over linguini. MAMA MIA! Fantastic with a glass of your favourite red wine. Many thank for your great up loads.

    That looks absolutely amazing. I do a very similar rub with a slight difference. I put my herbs, garlic and salt in a mortar and pestle and grind it all down only then do I pour my olive oil on it and mix it well. That way I get that pungent garlic-rosemary taste I desire. I've never tried the cheese+ spinach and prosciutto bit. Worthy of a try. Thank you !

      Yep putting it through the pestle and mortar would've made it so much better

    • @PITMASTERX
      @PITMASTERX  9 лет назад +1

      Arco Vogel Ik had de deksel er af. Dus 2 stacks van de proQ excel 20 en dan zonder deksel. Is voor mij makkelijk. Als je wat minder brandstof wilt verbruiken, dan kan de deksel er ook gewoon op. Voor mij is het makkelijker onder ivm filmen. ... en lekker om naar te kijken. Het is toch ook wel een stuk show
