Agreed with all of your points about Riddick, and I'm really hoping he gets the job. Every time I've seen him on ESPN he seems like he has a really intelligent, analytical thought process and is a great communicator. There is a great base of talent to work with here and the right gm could have us competitive by 26. Need to fix the cap next year and add future draft capital, but we really aren't too far off.

    “Would you be this critical……”
Well it was his job right?

I think it was the Jets who leaked it to make Bill look bad but who knows. I agree that neither side wanted each other. A cursory inquiry and let move on.

Everyone loves the Bill clickbait but all he did was talk to his friend Mike Tannenbaum about the job to see where it was at. People are acting like he was begging them for the job. Sports talk nonsense.

I don’t agree with you on this one! Majority of Jets wouldn’t forgive him for what he has done the last 25 years. I think the owner feels the same. There is something actually more important than winning. BB has tormented the Jets in many ways and I don’t think NFL or fans look negatively on the Jets even if it was a self created rumor by BB
