My 98RV was part of a recall notice and the spare tyre winch cable was replaced with a more reliable chain. While inspecting their workmanship at home that anti theft spline thing fell out on to the ground. However the recess left behind has 2 lobes inside that accept the hook on the end of the jack handle. Anti theft device has been in glovebox for 20 years.
