Devon Railway Centre

Set in the heart of Devon, next to a watermill, done up as someone's idea of a posh restaurant, is this massive garden railway, which incorporates a redundant station.
There are three lines, one narrow, one miniture and one very small one for toddlers to play drivers on.
Not only these, but the obligatory museum, cafe, et al and surprising miniture villages, fairy gardens, circus and the like.
The whole was done to attract the interest in the preservation movement from the youngsters coming up.
Done so well that the older youngsters like us are equally enthralled.
