    How time-consuming is the meal plan?
    It will save you time because there's no need to think about recipes, what to cook, counting calories, planning meals, or writing shopping lists. Many meals can be prepped in advance and frozen, lunches are leftovers from dinners, and breakfasts are often repeated.
    Are the ingredients easy to find?
    Most foods can be found at common supermarkets and local health shops.
    How costly are the ingredients for the meal plan?
    You will shift your spending from usual items to new items on the meal plan. I understand the cost of living and always provide options to leave out something or use smaller quantities .
    I don’t like to follow a meal plan. Can I still join?
