Jenny, I do hospice for a living and have taken care of many cancer patients. What you need to do is get scheduled pain meds and take them even if you aren’t having pain because you don’t want to wait until it’s so bad it takes you out. You also need a PRN pain med for break through pain. I hate hearing your not taking meds cause you don’t have pain and then you have horrible pain. You need to try to keep it scheduled because then you will have less exacerbations of episodes. I think of you daily and pray you beat this. On a personal note I’ve been battling stage 2 breast cancer for 11 months….so I can somewhat relate. I’m so glad to see you have a awesome support team and an amazing husband, keep fighting my RUclips friend. You got this!
The intensity of the pain from cancer, and the pain from a c-section does not compare, but a family member learned the hard way after giving birth to take the pain med regularly. I’m so glad that a nurse advised you to take your meds. There’s no good reason to put yourself through unnecessary pain. It’s not character building.
Yes! Staying ahead of the pain is soooo important! You can't heal when you are in pain! You can't heal when you can't sleep because you are in pain! It is better to be over medicated than under...
Staying ahead of the pain is so important to having the quality of life that you value with your kids, husband, family, and friends. So many people associate taking the pain meds as such a negative and a sign of not doing well, but actually taking them on a schedule and having a PRN med for break thru can actually give you improved quality of life and more independence/ability to do some of the things you want to do. Pain is so incredibly debilitating & my heart and prayers go out to you and yours. 🙏🫶
I agree with taking the pain medication on schedule. I've had severe chronic pain and neuropathy for around 15 years. The pain management team/clinic I switched to added an extended release and switched the breakthrough medication. They were focused on improving my quality of life and is has helped. I take everything on schedule so the pain doesn't build. I didn't do what I was supposed to last week as far as staying ahead of the pain. I was throwing up from the pain alone starting on Thursday and I haven't been able to stand up and walk around since then... it's now Monday. I do have flares that the breakthrough medication doesn't "cover". Don't be afraid of the pain medication. They are demonized in a way that makes chronic pain and cancer patients hesitant. What's the point of living if we don't have quality of life?
Jenny was so fortunate to have Kyle. He took over all duties and responsibilities...kids, cooking, errands, kid's activities, etc. He deserves so much credit.
My heart goes out to you.. yes it is so hard for us when marriages are ended and it makes us notice the healthy strong ones and appreciate them.. I wish you well and remember to take care of you and hold yr head high ...dignity and grace show others we will make it and thrive and eventually we own that for ourselves. With love.

@@joevlogs1279 I had the best man in my life I met him in high school and he died in 2014 we were together until then. I am now 72 I don’t need someone else’s man..
I worked in a pharmacy and it was heartbreaking to see people who’d been DIAGNOSED with severe painful illnesses that would have a hard time getting their pain medication. I remember specifically a husband that would come to pick up morphine for his very ill wife and had to wait each time for the medication to be approved. Something is definitely wrong with the system. It shouldn’t be so hard to differentiate between the people who truly need these meds from the people that are drug abusers. 😡
I went thru that same thing! My children’s Dad had stage 4 neuroendocrine pancreatic cancer with innumerable liver mets, bone mets, (eventually brain mets) and even one time our pharmacist refused to fill the higher morphine dosage that the doctor prescribed! He had to WAIT til the doctor called and raised holy hell with the pharmacist.
I agree! Pain meds are almost impossible to get here in Oklahoma. Even for stage 4 cancer! Our family doctor told me about a stage 4 cancer patient of hers who has NEVER had a prescription pain pill. Hie oncologist said they only prescribe pain pills when you enter hospice. What?!?! I had stage 3 cancer in 2005, and I can't imagine getting by with only tylenol and ibuprofen during treatment. Politicians cracked WAY down on prescribing pain meds from doctors. It started in earnest in 2018 in an effort to crack down on drug addiction. It's been proven not to work as Oklahoma has had a big increase in drug addiction deaths since 2018. Politicians have NO business making health decisions for us!
Thank you for bringing up these good points! I have severe, chronic pain and I have to jump through many hoops to continue my pain meds. My doctor is very compassionate but the clinic has overbearing rules in place. I have to sign a yearly contract that is several pages long, see my doctor every 1-2 months, and they call me in any time they want for me to drop everything and go in for a same day drug urine test. I have been on the same pain med at the same dose for 11 years. My conditions are progressive, I grow worse over time, and there is no cure. It isn’t right to be treated like a drug addict. The current state of our world is not going to fix this problem so it is us who have to suffer. 😢

Totally agree agree about speaking up about PINdvrls. Another nurse here! Nobody should be in terrible pain. It wears you down and can lead to poor dietary intake, poor sleep, changes in your mood and emotions. Keep sharing your pain with all of your providers. Prayers for full healing, no pain, and a future free from cancer!!!! With God ALL is possible!!! ❤
Rest peacefully beautiful girl! I sure miss you! I can only imagine the pain your family are in and i wish it wasn't this way! You are such a beautiful soul and will forever be missed!!! Love you and your family and everyone of you are in my prayers!
My heart breaks for you with all the physical pain and mental suffering you endure. You show Herculean strength in all that you do with and for your family. Still playing with your kids and being present. It’s truly awe inspiring. If I were in your shoes I know I would be in bed alone. I don’t think I could do all that you do. You are an amazing Mom and Wife! Praying for you!!!
I think you are getting breakthrough pain. I'm a retired nurse and I've seen this so often. You feel better for a while ( or have too few meds left as with you ) reduce pain medication then it comes back with a vengeance. I hope now your prescription is sorted you can get on top of it- and stay on top of it. As always sweet Jenny prayers are coming your way from UK x🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I fully agree. I too am a UK nurse with many years of experience nursing cancer patients (mainly liver and leukemia). I've been very concerned for Jenny over the last week and feel as if she has deteriorated. Rationing her meds has triggered episodes of breathlessness with the breakthrough pain, too. In the UK Jenny would have community nurses visiting to help manage pain and washing/dressing as needed and a home help for housework etc but I don't know how the complex US system works😬
Praying for you Jenny! Lord please give Jenny relief from pain and answers to what is going on in her body. Most of all please heal her from any cancer and give her the chance to live a normal life for her and her sweet family 🙏❤️✝️
Your team needs to give you the right med and amounts so you can take them regularly. If you don’t take a dose you just get too far behind and it takes longer to get your pain back in control. Hope u feel better soon. 💕

Jenny, I’m SO RELIEVED your people got your pain medicine figured out. Please try taking it before you actually need it. It’s harder to control pain after it already has a hold on you. I have not had cancer but I have had chronic pain for about 25 years. I’m glad you’re letting yourself rest. That’s so good for you. My nieces husband just got diagnosed with lung cancer in the beginning of December. It had already gone to his brain. They were able to remove one brain tumor, but not the other one. He is staying positive, even with a stage four diagnosis. Praying for both of you!❤❤❤✌🏻
I literally found a penny vacuuming in between the dishwasher and sink today. Something plugged up the end of the vacuum wand. I looked and found a penny. Hi Jenny . I am a practicing Hindu and just wanted to tell you that I am constantly praying for you and your family and I am sure there will come a day where you would have left all this behind and be proud of what you have overcome. I am arranging for a group prayer session with some friends so we can chant and think about you and keep you in our prayers. I have unwavering faith in my God that he will heal you.
I M SO THANKFUL FOR YOUR PRAYERS!!!! Prayers really work! My daughter just had a double mastectomy and our prayer team we had was a blessing. Keep the prayers for JENNY and her family. They are warriors. My daughter is coveted in prayer.
Her illness is physical, I would be very upset if I had stage four cancer and someone suggested anxiety could cause my pain.I know there is no malice in your statement but it might upset Jenny.
I am so sorry your going thru all these agonizing symptoms. Kyle you are the true example of what every man should be. Prayers, hugs, love to you all. I hope your pain management team can figure something out
I’m so sorry that you have had such a bad pain day. Specific prayers are being sent for your pain. I’m believing that this all means that the cancer IS dying. Oh, and Kyle, I love your flowers! They are beautiful! 🙂❤️
I miss you Jenny. When I noticed several vlogs ago that your face had started to get rid of the puffiness, it made me so sad as this was the beginning of you going downhill quickly. You were so courageous with ALL The treatment and sickness you had pushed yourself through to save your life for your kids and Kyle. I am so thankful you no longer have to take pills, clinical trials, radiation, or have to suffer with the pain anymore.
I rarely comment on videos of people I don't know but I am thinking of your family and I hope you can feel better soon. You guys are awesome together, great team work! Be kind to yourself Jenny, you deserve it. There is absolutely no need to feel guilty for asking for help when you need it. You got this!

Praying for you, Jenny. I too have extreme anxiety when having an MRI and because of an aneurysm clip, I have them 2x a year. It’s been 5 years and I was finally told about MRI with sedation for my last MRI. Alleluia, it worked. Big hugs and prayers to you, you got this 🙏❤️🙏
Oh my goodness that little Winnie is just adorable! Blowing kisses and making faces, what a lil cutie 💜 Best of luck with the MRI, will be praying for you
You and Kyle have beautiful, well behaved kids, Winnie looks just like you and Ellis looks like his dad, you have an amazing husband and dad and you are still a fantastic mum and wife. You’re so thoughtful and kind, I love watching you all. Xxx
Oh the memory you just put into my head! My mom had breast cancer when I was 12. She was in hospital on picture day and my arm was in a sling from an injury. My dad had to help me to get ready. I wore his favorite dress and a necklace he had gotten me for Valentines Day. My hair looked amazing-side part, with a bow, very late 1970’s. It is one of my favorite pictures even though I am at that awkward preteen phase and hideous.
Hospice has programs to help so kyle can work, and programs for Winny preschool or daycare. There are options. My twin sister died of bladder cancer 5 years ago it takes a village to help and care for a ill family when they have children. You need to take the pills on a schedule so you are not in so much pain and you can participate in household and family life.
Lifting you up in prayer for your MRI today (Wed) and continuing for pain to be completely abated!!! Y'all are so lucky to have each other. Kyle is amazing and such a sweet kind spirit but you are an amazing Mom and wife too!!! I know Jesus will be right there with you and He will make it bearable. I know the sedation will be a total game changer (try not to be too mad at them for not offering it to you sooner, LOL). Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers!! 🙏🙏🙏

I don't blame you one bit for being anxious! It is wonderful that you have such a great team caring for you and responding quickly when you need them. You are an amazing woman! I'll be praying for you this morning for your MRI and know that the sedation will make is so much easier on you. I wish I lived near you and could come and help out when you have these hard days. Does meditation help at all with your pain. I have used it in the past but had better luck using my headphones and a guided meditation that would basically side track my brain where it couldn't focus on the pain. I realize you couldn't do this while you have Winnie but it might help you sleep better. You both should be so proud of how you’re raising your children ❤
Please advocate for yourself with the pain and discomfort you are experiencing. As a nurse I know you are the best source for determining your pain and anxiety needs. It’s so wonderful to see your videos and your positive approach through your journey is inspiring to any and all. Your comfort through this time is top priority! Sending you comfort and strength vibes! You’re a beautiful and deserving woman ❤❤❤
Should have read pain levels.
I'm so sorry you're in so much pain. I wish I could do something to help you. I keep praying for you and your family every night 🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤.
I love how Ellis pulled flower in for a group hug. Super sweet
Amen.
Your team needs to give you the right med and amounts so you can take them regularly. If you don’t take a dose you just get too far behind and it takes longer to get your pain back in control. Hope u feel better soon. 💕

They can move up your scans too since you are feeling like this. It’s so stressful to wait.
You mean well, but have to accept that Stage 4 can be treated but not cured.
I should know,because I’m Stage 4 too.
You're a good man Kyle!!
Praying for both of you!❤❤❤✌🏻
From fellow cancer fighter you got this ❤ sending prayers 🙏🙏🙏
I literally found a penny vacuuming in between the dishwasher and sink today.
Something plugged up the end of the vacuum wand.
I looked and found a penny.
I took a glance, another one then I said outloud
“Find a penny pick it up all day long you’ll have good luck.”
Thanks Jenny
I’m always praying girl!
❤
I've been in chronic pain since 1997/98.. Pain is no joke when it's constant even on pain meds ... Prayers for you and your lil family 😊
What a beautiful person you are.
I M SO THANKFUL FOR YOUR PRAYERS!!!! Prayers really work! My daughter just had a double mastectomy and our prayer team we had was a blessing. Keep the prayers for JENNY and her family. They are warriors. My daughter is coveted in prayer.
What a wonderful way to show first of all, how precious Jenny is, but also what a wonderful person you are. The world is better because of you both.
This so moved me. God Bless you. Please keep them going for Kyle and their kids so, they don't suffer so much. 🙏💫💖🌱🌎
And God did get her beyond this, just not in the way we had all wanted it to be. 🙏💫💖😪
Perhaps it’s anxiety that’s triggering nerves? Not sure how it works but you look well Jenny even though you’re in pain. Praying for you ❤
Her illness is physical, I would be very upset if I had stage four cancer and someone suggested anxiety could cause my pain.I know there is no malice in your statement but it might upset Jenny.
Unbelievable you would try to say the pain was caused by anxiety.
Sending love Jenny Apple...aka...Wonderwoman!!
1.30 in afternoon from Scotland praying for you Jenny and your lovely family xxx
Sharon here.... Prayers Jenny. ❤👍
Praying for you and your family
I admire how you and your husband stay so positive. Lots of positive thoughts for your scan results.❤️
I live on my heating pad with my colitis pain. I can only imagine what you're going through. I'm really praying for your comfort.
Yes mam I’ll pray as well
How awful that you are suffering. I’m so sorry. You are such a good momma. ❤
It is sad hearing how severe your pain became. I am praying for you.🙏🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻😊
I rarely comment on videos of people I don't know but I am thinking of your family and I hope you can feel better soon. You guys are awesome together, great team work! Be kind to yourself Jenny, you deserve it. There is absolutely no need to feel guilty for asking for help when you need it. You got this!
'Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with Thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus". Phillipines 4:6-7. Prayers and hugs from Mississippi! Love you and your family so much!
Praying for you guys.
My sister (she has terminal gallbladder cancer and is in palliative care) was having trouble getting her meds right so I made her a spreadsheet with them divided by type and how often, and she's made it into a little sort of journal. It's one page per day on a clipboard and it's working great for us ❤ I hope very much your team is able to make you comfortable. ❤❤
Palliative care is not hospice. They take care of meds and help with that. Hospice is getting u comfortable before death.
@@tinafaye2985 How do you know? Speak for yourself busy body
@@tinafaye2985 palliative care is very different from hospice ! You can stay on palliative for many many years, some are palliative care patients for more than 10 years and they are helping others / working with other new palliative care patients …
@@tinafaye2985I never cease to be amazed at the unbelievable rudeness of some people like you.
Blowing kisses and making faces, what a lil cutie 💜 Best of luck with the MRI, will be praying for you
Prayers for good results and for God to be with you during the scan to keep you calm!!
Jenny ,bones break easy after cancer treatments,my sister was weeks walking (sort of) on a broken hip. Keep that in mind. 🙏🙏
Your kiddos are so cute! 🙂❤️❤️
Aw Jenny, I wish I could give you a gentle comforting hug....prayer for total health sent upstairs!!! xo from Alberta
Hello Jenny, Sending love and prayers for healing and to get rid of the pain. Winnie looks adorable, Flower too.🦋🦋🦋🦋
Winnie is the cutest and y’all have the sweetest children. So loving ❤
Praying for you , Jenny. Praying for less pain, good results, healing and peace. ♥️🙏🏻♥️
Winnie is such a cutie pie. Love the love Kyle has for his family. Everyone needs a Kyle in the lives. Bless you and your family.💕
Kyle is the true meaning of a wonderful father AND husband!
@@sdd123 yes, indeed.
Dear jenny....so happy to see you....wish you all the best...love from austria🌞🌈❤
I hope this new pain goes away. And I will be praying that your scan goes well.
You have a great guy in Kyle. Love you, Joan ❤️🙏🏻
Hi Jenny, be strong for tomorrow ! We are all bringing healing & good news for your scan around the world 🌎 prayers really do work, love from Balgal beach Queensland Australia 🙏🙏🙏❤️🩹
You are loved by people you don't even know!!! Praying for you!
So sorry for your pain
I pray that you can get pain relief as soon as possible. I know your team will figure it out.❤
I am so sorry you're in so much pain today. Prayers have been said, and I just love watching this beautiful beautiful family. And just remember God can do anything. Stay strong hugs
Jenny, I have watched your vlog for a long time but seldom comment. I am holding you and your sweet family in my heart and praying all goes well with the brain MRI. I don't blame you one bit for being anxious! It is wonderful that you have such a great team caring for you and responding quickly when you need them. You are an amazing woman! I marvel at how well you handle it all. Ditto for Kyle. I know you are cherished not only by your family and friends, but by strangers who are scattered all over. Sending you blessings from Milwaukee . . . ♥♥

Jenny, you are so strong and such an example and inspiration to others. I know you may not feel like it but you are. I have just been crying and cursing this d$&@ robber, thief cancer! It stole my sister a year and a half ago with glioblastoma of the brain. My heart felt prayers for you and your family. Peace and comfort for you all!!
So sorry for the loss of your sister 💗
So sorry for your loss. Cancer is a beast. My son had leukemia at 19. Fortunately he made it through, but it's left scars; some you can see, and some you can't.
Oh Jenny you poor baby .I know you and yr medical are on to this pain thing ...can you get any medical mariuana to top it up ..just wondering xxxxJosie
@@susanfleming496 thank you! She was sick a year before they even diagnosed her. She passed out driving and they said it was her heart. But it wasn’t. They did surgery and 3 months later she was gone. It was awful. She held out hope to the end.
Ugh as a fellow chronic pain sufferer I get how frustrating and scary it can be because it’s something not under our control. Completely sucks sometimes!! I would say anxiety would be completely normal in your situation 100 percent, prayers and glad you find comfort in family that’s so nice. ❤❤❤
I will be praying for you Jenny
So very challenging to navigate the pain cycle. Glad your team is helping you now. God is on His throne! Prayers for total and complete healing!
Rip jenny. Bless u kyle
She seems to have good and bad days. Praying for you all.
Kyle. You’re amazing and so is your employer and coworkers!
I hope talking helped you deal with what you are feeling. Resting is good. I am so glad you have such a caring and loving hubby and family. You, indeed, are most blessed!
Kyle is a sweetheart, and your children are such good kids. I am praying for you.
I pray that your cancer is just angry at blu since it's losing the fight and soon you will be cancer free. ♥from PA.
Prayers sent to you from me in Kent England xxx
In prayer for you, sweet Jenny. I hope the MRI is going well and that the results are good! Praying for your anxiety, fear and pain.
Praying & thinking of you!
A million prayers coming your way! May you have a pain-free, successful scan. I'm with Kyle - that cancer just might be dying 🤞🤞🤞🤞
