    Just an advice, put in some suction or vacuum at the back of them sandbelts it will make it a lot healthier environment for you and your staff to breath and cleaner from all the dust floating around.

    I've been smoking Perdomo cigars for years. I'm astonished that I just found this channel. Thank you for sharing everything that goes into something that I love. It means a lot and makes your smoke even better.

    Nick said that a sanding guy will sand about 2,800 boxes each day. At an 8 hour day, that's about 10 seconds per box, or 5.833 boxes every minute. I'm guessing these guys are working more than 8 hours a day, and probably 6-7 days each week.
