  • American trailer for the 1987 omnibus film which featured segments by Katsuhiro Otomo, Koji Morimoto, Yasumomi Umetsu, and Takeshi Nakamura, and featuring music by Joe Hisaishi. Was a staple of the Scifi Channel back in the early 90s and is still a cult classic.

This trailer features the correct aspect ratio. All other versions of the film are cropped widescreen.

And was disappointed because it didn't spend 15 chapters talking about pointless philosophy and psychology?

Look this movie isn’t even my favorite, but can we just take a sec to remember how cool anime was when it was just fucking weird as hell. There’s no bite anymore!
