Fungus Salad, White Fungus Salad, Refreshing Salad

Fungus Salad, it’s light and refreshing.
Ingredients:
Pork Meatloaf
Nam sausages
Bell peppers, red and green
Red onion
Cherry Tomatoes
Persian cucumbers
Cilantro
Vermicelli noodles
White fungus
Seasoning:
2 TB Tamarind powder
3 TB laab seasoning mix
2 TB fish sauce
3 TB Golden Mountain seasoning sauce
1-2 TB water if noodles are sticking to each other
