AGREE!! My best friend of 45 years was abused by her oldest brother from age 5 to age 8. The filth continues to walk free and has never apologized or really admitted to what he had done. He needs to suffer bad for what he did to her- his BABY SISTER!!!!!😢😢
My hometown and where I still live. I knew these people though my brother knew them better. My brother was not "out of the closet" yet but it didn't stop kids from making fun of him. Heath never did. In fact he had come to his defense before. I remember my senior year we were at a speech tournament in Little Rock and my class were all outside waiting for it to end. Somehow we got on the subject of dads. One person piped up and said "I don't have a dad." No one said anything else. Their dad was Jack Walls. That always stuck with me even 24 years later.
This story...makes my heart bleed for the men who are keeping secret the abuse of their childhoods. As women, we are learning to speak up, so we can move toward healing and navigation of our SA. But the men and boys...some so broken and misunderstood...staying silent after SA by men in authority positions, need a voice too. What a heavy, private load they carry. I hope the day will come when all men and women will feel free to release and relieve themselves by getting help.
They didn't close. They just changed their name to Scouting of America instead of Boy Scouts of America. They've actually expanded to allow girls now. Who told you they closed?
The Order of the Arrow was not this guy's secret thing. It's a regular component of Boy Scouts. Kind of the "honor students" of Scouts, and has been around forever.
The only difference being that in this troop, instead of being named to that order due to proficiency in knot tying, orienteering, leadership, etc, you got into this guy's "elite group" in a totally different way. Almost certainly by being vulnerable, having some distance from the rest of your family, trouble with being a teen, etc. These predators know exactly who to go after, almost like some psychotic and disgusting 6th sense.
@@mommy2libras I was merely pointing out that OotA is not a "secret" group, nor one created by him, as the wording of the video implied. Clearly he used the Scouts for purposes unintended, but he created neither the BSA nor the OotA.

So many lives were either destroyed or altered because of this predator. It’s such a shame. It’s not the organizations fault for this happening, yes, they could have done a better job of vetting, but this is the action of one evil person who took advantage of a situation. The ball was dropped in many regards, the police, DHR, the courts. Our tax dollars should not be used to keep people like this alive.
Once I started associating scouts with Mormons all credibility was lost. Sorry.
Jack was a gay Charles Manson.
Disgusting.
