If you countersink the 4 holes on the main plate, your screws will go in flat giving you a better and flatter work rest. Otherwise, great and easy idea! Good work, man!
Nice build using common parts. Especially the tilting mechanism, love it! I would, however, suggest you countersink the screws and use Loctite to keep them stationary.

"Using threaded bar would result in cut slightly off from rotation" ..I thought so too but on the second thought .. this is true if the blade is like a band saw or like a string i.e cutting once- but since it is a solid blade - the offset will be planned off by the upwards cutting motion of the blade so overall offset will be insignificant
please supply an English translation in the public interest if this a workshop tool safety issue. Did I not read somewhere that is not recommended to use an angle grinder to cut wood because of the dangers resulting from the blade (rorating at high speed) meeting a knot in the timber?
No se a que se refiere. El aparato no esta usando un disco dentado. Esta usando un disco para cortar metal y lo tiene fijamente sujetado con tornillos a una base solida.
@@Esuper1 lo usa en el minuto 6:30 , el disco dentado para cortar madera esta hecho para menos revoluciones que las que da la amoladora y eso ya lleva un peligro , aparte de que este disco debe llevar su guarda a ambos lados y pues ni para que te cuento si ese disco se suelta y sale disparado contra alguien, le ocasionaría graves lesiones
