You should educate us on how to deal with hostage situations and pursuits. Apparently it’s against department policies to pit maneuver a suspect at high rates of speed on a busy highway. And apparently you also cant shoot the hostage. Like obviously I wasn’t aiming for him, he just decided to stand so close to the suspect that he got in the way.
