well the fx2 class visa was qualified 21 october 2020 but is displayed "ready" august 4th 2022 and now the wait is an interview date but could you give me an time when will my interview be scheduled .......i watch your videos alot
With their current pace i'd put an estimate of another 3-6 months, i.e. if they move by 1/2 to 1 month each month. It could be sooner if they make a significant movement.
Hey my dear. You won’t have to redo the interview, what happens is that they won’t be able to process your visa until they receive and review the medical. The reviewing process will take some time and hence you might have to wait for quite some time before your visa is ready for pick up. The wait time varies from person to person, some wait a few days but it can be up to 90 days.

I wasn’t familiar with that visa class so I went and did some research, and from what I’ve read, it seems your priority date would be current. F category received letters today, check to see if you received.

I had expedited my case I received a email in July 2022 said they are willing to expedite my case as soon as they have received all forms and fees… got DQ/DC in august 2022 and I haven’t heard anything still don’t know if the expedite was approved yes or no

They just got to DQ dates to the end of August, if they continue at the same pace you could be waiting for another 12 months max, but if they pick up pace it could be way less.

Good evening, based on the projections possible by August 2023 thereabouts. The police record is valid for 2 years for immigration purposes.

I didn’t see any dates after the 22nd so my guess is that next month there will be persons for April as well as May 2022.

I’d say not later than September. It very well could be earlier if the pick up pace.

The last I heard, it was still valid for 2 years, but to be on the safe side, if you have the time, get a new one.
It's valid for 1 year I recently do one in March
