Term limits for the Supreme Court Justices and Congress-based Ethical oversight (Judges can be removed for ethical violations and not just high crimes or misdemeanors through a standard impeachment process requiring 2/3rds vote of Congress for removal from office. Taking bribes (including things that can clearly to be seen as "gifts") and tax evasion charges should be clearly detailed as reasons from removal from the Supreme Court) seem to be the best way to handle the Supreme court. Before 1970, the average term for a Supreme Court Justice was 14.9 years. Staggered 14-year terms where a justice is removed from court and must be replaced by congress during and within the year of that justice's removal from court - starting with the oldest at a set date and done each non-election yeas (time for Congress to be sworn in and each 2 year session of the House gets to votes on a replacement. There would also have to be laws in place for voting of temporary replacements to fulfill the length of a term that a Supreme Court justice passes away. Also no Supreme Court Justice and serve any more than one term. Those that are temporary replacements can't stay on the court past the date of of the end of the term of the Supreme Court Justice that they replaced.
Uphold the gerrymandering process, so now the will of the people will never be heard. Keep voting for the right, and Americans will continue to lose their rights.
Re Harvard granduations: To deny college degrees is to levy fines equal to cost of living, books, tuition, and interest accrued to date on student loans, multiplied by each year attended; Plus, "stealing" the years of each life that were dedicated to studies is comparable to a jail term; Plus, paying student loans without the benefit of the career degree earned will expose indebted students to loan interest, collection fees + fines, and low credit ratings (possibly not even qualifying to rent apartments, no less get car loans &/or home loans)! These punishments are unacceptably excessive for protesting.
If Trump took the stand, the attorneys would never get the opportunity to get a "word in edgewise." Neither of the attorneys could insert themselves to Trump with a question. Trump is a "broken record" that goes on and on.
