Well if you seen the cloud seeding event on the live satellite imagery over dubai, you would have known for sure.
The Guantong TV station showed a local dam opened up all 15 gates to let out water. The water level in the dam was building up too quickly. Had they started letting out water in early April, this disaster may have been lessened.
Looks like they built there citys/towns in the valleys & natural water ways , go figure ...

One thing I noticed while watching this video, no emergency services. I was flooded in for 5 days during Hurricane Harvey, and there was plenty of help from emergency services. I hope all are ok.

Well you know that can’t be true, especially when you see random people out in the middle of it, doing who even knows what. They way that water came through there must be many humans and animals that got deep up in it. Do we know whether that alarm started sounding before the water arrived from the dam? If it didn’t, there most definitely would be deaths. And I know a year or two ago when there were those terrible floods from dam run off, they weren’t given any notice until it was too late.
