Did you use an adaptor to fit the led to the head light? I know it's h7 but the fixing mecanism consists in a metal plate wich twists and goes behind the two screws. How did you do it?

Jesus christ 😂 you dont fit canbus... canbus is a system within the vehicle which operates at a certain resistance. Fitting leds affects this and creates a canbus fault. Just because a bulb says error free doesn't mean it will be! The astra is very sensitive and requires a canbus resistor to make the lights work correctly. These can be bought off Ebay for a few quid.
I managed to get them to work! Just buy 2 resistance of 25 watts. You just have to connect 1 ledbulb and 1 resistance to the supply cable! Very Important : the +/- pole has to be right. So if the bulb doesn't light up, try to invert the connection and Voilà!!

Josip Anđelović you have to remove the headlamp and replace the silver ring that holds the bulb in place with 2 new ones. If you search astra h led bulb bracket in eBay you will find what you need.
I have same astra h 2006 1.6 and i got led turbo 8000 lumen same problem with driver bulb light ehen i turn on all lights after 2 sec driver bulb shut down becouse its not standard lights and computer thinks that bulb led is to high or to low voltage thats it shut down for error but you can order cambus and solved problem like i do all best i hope i give you answer ...
Filip Stojmanovski i order from aliexpress best and driver dont get hot at all it must do it with those canbus drivers other way is xenon hid h7 they do not need canbus driver
Goran Sibinov i am from macedonia i have astra gtc 1.7 cdti and my led h7 instantly shut down i put resistors on the led to get desire power and the leds works but my resistors heat lots of and now i want to bye canbus error smd i want to know does get hot that canbus when you drive

@@SuttonEntertainment I found metal adapters in aliexpress. There are more than one model for different sockets (h1, h7 etc.)

How do you compare these to the xenon effect blue bulbs?

You need the adapter ( LED retainer) for H7 LED conversion
To me the LED h7's do not work. :(
I will need to buy a canbus and connect them with the canbus device. Hopefully they'll work.

Led does not have a load, as is the old lamp. You must connect a load to it, like a small bulb that will not turn off

You have to buy the LED with the canbus altogether.
