The combination of massage sounds, your soft spoken narration, the relaxing music and the fact it’s nearly a 2 hour video will have most fans and viewers out for the count in no time. This is definitely on par or a contender for top spot vs. Lita’s full body massage.

Awh that’s sweet. I will. I manage to have two treatments a month for myself. Plus I have an adorable husband that looks after me. We get in nature every day with our dogs; also kayak, cycle and garden regularly. We feel twitchy if we miss a few days.
Hi Victoria, Thank you so much for this thoroughly explained video. You are using sunflower oil here - is it raw sunflower oil? What vitamins does it contain and how does it work differently in message than other oils? :)
Yes, I use an organic sunflower oil. It’s full of linoleic acid rich in omega 6, also vitamins K and E. I love the way it soothes the body but is not greasy in any way. A perfect vehicle for essential oils.
