I have been racking my brain tryin got figure out if these dual esc's on eBay wwould work for belt driven. The sellers are either sure...yeah or no way needs different firmware. So I come to you my help. Do you see any easy eBay solutions or is it complex and more difficult tha just switching out?

    Are motors fairly water resistant on their own, or do they need an enclosure? Like running through a puddle of water or getting caught in the rain sorta water resistance.

    • @MBoardsco
      @MBoardsco  5 лет назад

      Brushless Motors are relatively water resistant. Riding over some wet ground once in a while won’t hurt. Can’t recommend you riding in the rain or through a puddle but we have seen it done many many times.

    i was looking at the all in one kit and i was wondering why you need riser pads?

    • @MBoardsco
      @MBoardsco  5 лет назад

      Riser pads help give your board extra clearance. Many times the motors sit too close to the bottom of the deck. They also help with road vibrations.

    I was just wondering if the sensor wire is necessary for the motors to spin, and I was wondering why the motor has a slot for six of the prongs in the sensor wire but there isn’t a plug for it on the ESC

    • @MBoardsco
      @MBoardsco  5 лет назад

      The sensor wires are not necessary. Depending on your motor and esc combo the sensors might not be compatible.
