- We got a ton of new parts to toss on our 1996 Honda Elite 50cc Scooter! We previously got this scooter running and threw on some performance exhaust and goodies to get this 2 stroke gem rippin. This time we focused on styling our fresh whip with some new wheels, seat cover and more!

50s on top!!! Big bores are dope but sometimes great about a reliable stock bore scooter with mods. High 40s isn't hard to reach and it can stunt as fast as a big bore
Bringing the elites back, love it!!!
Also if you put the Polini hi speed variator in, you need to run the oem variator boss with shims.

Lighter fluid for sticker residue. Works better then anything and I've never had it harm any plastic or paint. Just regular old lighter fluid for zippo type lighters.
i sold my dio a few months back and ended up hours away, the owner got thrill seekers to make seats for the dio he sent his as a template. 10/10 comfiest seat i sat on bike wise!

That side stand is made for a dio. They make elite side stands, they clamp the the frame tube under the floor board.

I have a 1986 yahmaha jog and it only did 40kmh I thought it was clapped but I got a new belt for it and now it hits 60kmh stock 50cc from 1986

I have a built af05, do you know if you can cut the cvt case in half? Like you have with the af16. I know they come in 2 sections on that model. Need to cool it down, rather than going the venting holes route
I’m still trying to get my Ruckus to 45-50 Lol. Playing with weights and tach now but may need to try other jets as well for my Yoshi pipe.
idk man my af05 rips still can find big bore kits for em cranks are long gone now but they really aren't bad they make a killer swap for the spree my brother has an af05 87 elite and it does like 50 it's not super modded
what has he done to it? just picked one up for cheating and wondering what i can do to it
@chasennfish variator bbk and a exhaust the bbk would definitely like a different carb and possibly the dio style intake and it'll probably rip wheelies really easy lol

Yo i have a question. My 70cc italjet formula 2017 ran fine as hell then i was pushing 50 for a while and it died then i cooled her down and she ran fine the rest of the night but the next day i was gonna go out and drive and she started fine went fine for like 15sec then it just went like weee weeee blaaaahhhhh and just died and i have checkt the carb and cleaned and checkt the pistons and everythin but it still does that same thing. Can some 1 help me ?
