Man i grew up here in Ky going to early morning Wednesday auctions with my pepaw. Sun rising, frosty breath and the smell of cow and horse and chicken manure.. Damn i miss that life.. Around 1984 or 5.... And chicken nuggets from Mcd for the finale. Lol
Y'all ever made a trip down to r and r goat and livestock in emanuel county? What about metter livestock market in Lyons? These are in my neck of the woods the one in Lyons also has a hog sale.great auctions!

@@smilingdog54 there's no difference between getting it from a grocery store and from here, the animals are not treated any differently. I don't support the abuse of animals, which means I avoid animal products. Even in grocery stores, I see the tortured animal, not the brightly colored package. Sadly, I'm still eating meat, as my parents are not willing to give me vegan alternatives. But I avoid it as much as possible.
Some of these animals purpose in life is for food.. When you raise your food. You know where it comes from and while growing you can give it a good life What you buy in a grocery store You have no idea how it was raised (conditions or food) or treated So you really don't know what you are eating

It is your right to be able to give your opinion and My right to ask you not to talk about things you don’t understand or have ZERO knowledge of, like livestock markets
