    Question for you Sir. I don't like splicing into wiring if at all possible but would much rather depin and reconnect a factory style connectors.
    So my question is, is there a company that makes a kit or something where I can buy a bunch of the different styles of connectors that fits the wiring harness in the 87-93 Foxbodies?
    Thank You.

    Man I wish I know 1/3 of the stuff you do. I’m dealing with crazy wiring from the previous owner. Little at a time so the car still drivable so I don’t lose interest

    A little off topic, but does anyone remanufacture clock springs for 87-93 Mustangs? Are they repairable? My cruise control stopped working and I’m getting that dinging noise from under the dash. Someone told me that would be a clock spring issue.

    That's great. Can you confirm that the Maker's wheels clear the brembo brakes without a spacer? I love those wheels, but haven't used them on anything yet.

    You are to be commended with your patience and ability to reason out how wiring works the color changing with wires, and with the addition of the stripes, it all has a code. If you have that code understand how the wire changes its color as it goes through the vehicle, it makes things easier to understand and put together

    Solder my man .....solder..... Butt connectors can be problematic....
    I've chased enough electrical issues with crimp style connectors that I rarely use them. Solder is permanent and my maybe have a fail rate of less than .0001 percent.

      I hear you.. it's been debated. The real solution would be to re-run new wiring from point a to point b.

      Correct on running new lengths of wire and repinning connectors. Not fun and I can hear all the complaints about material cost and labor. If done properly (crimping and sizing) there should be less faults.

    What kind of intake is that.

    • @chuckp7970
      @chuckp7970 4 месяца назад +1

      Its a GT40 lower intake and the Kenne Belle is bolted directly to it. If you mean intake to the t0body, thats something Chris made, he made all tjhe intercooler plumbing too.
