@@korea.9480figs do have carbs find the carb count for the amount of figs used. Probably 1Tbsp per cookie is a good measure there were many measures. The lowest I seen was 2 Tbsp of figs was 6 carbs,

What about heat of the stove? You didn't mention if low or medium heat.
No sugar added is great!
Handy tip: Ignore the first two and a half minutes if you know how to slice figs

I had high hopes bc it was no sugar but it never thickened. It''s like apple sauce and not weet despite very ripe figs😢😢
Maybe you could try cooking it a little longer so the liquid will evaporate more. if you had a lid on don’t use it.
