    Mine too I think the plastic drum is warped or the door is bent .the next one I buy will have a stainless tank ,not plastic

    The door is very hard to latch, changed to latch and it still won’t close…

    Does the white plastic part on the wire connector that you pulled off with the pliers serve any purpose? Mine are burnt and melted and was wondering if it's ok to just reattach the wire connector without the plastic part? Because I would have to purchase the whole harness just for that part.

      It's not really OK, but if there's enough clearance between the metal parts, try and insulate them with tape and it should be ok. The burned plastic tells you something. If it happens again, enough heat will be generated to cause a fire.
