I have a bunch of them, but my favorite is definitely YSL Libre. I understand it's very headache inducing for some people, but maybe you would find the EDT much more bearable since it's a watered down version of the original. I would say the EDT is just as long lasting as the other ones, just as intoxicating for other people, but you smell it less on you if that makes sense. It's lighter and slightly more citrusy than the original. Maybe you'd love it!
It's really hard for me to have a signature scent because my collection is pretty big. But when I dont know what to wear (happens pretty often😁) I always pick Chanel Coco mademoiselle.

I actually don't have a signature scent. I like to cycle through perfume based on what I'm wearing, my mood and also the weather. And I just want to show my perfumes equal amount of love so they don't feel left out LOL.
Same lol. I try to use all of them relatively equally, but the weather is a big factor on what I decide to wear. The only time I ever had a "signature scent" was the time between when I bought my first and second perfume.
This was another fun video to watch💛 I do remember Jeremy Fragrance talking about “the wife” mon guerlan perfect sent! He’s funny and I love watching him sometimes. Your more toned down and I can relate to your choices from a women’s perspective. Today I am wearing Chanel no 5 eau de perfume❤️ I love so many different fragrances that it comes in waves to what I pick for the day☺️
I visited the Macy’s perfume counter tonight and re-smelled (or smelled for the first time) a lot of scents that you’ve talked about. I loved Chanel Chance Eau Tendre, but personally thought it was too similar to Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh (I think), which I already own. I also tried all of the Black Opium line. Sadly I’d probably smelled too much at that point too fully appreciate them, but my two favorites were Intense and Illicit Green. I also liked Chanel Mademoiselle, but haven’t made the move on it yet. The one I actually loved and ended up purchasing tonight was Givenchy Irresistible. Got it in a set with a lotion and mini. It was quite lovely and unlike anything else in my rather massive collection. I already own and love Valentino Donna Born in Roma. I didn’t know it was popular when I bought it, but I haven’t noticed it on anyone else around here, and my husband loves it. The thing about perfumes is that they can smell wildly different on people, too. Like Versace Bright Crystal is really meh on me, but I’ve smelled it on someone else and it was incredible. Same with Marc Jacobs Daisy. Last thing… I’ve never smelled the real BR 540. I have two “dupes,” Banana Republic Rosewood Amor and Ariana Grande Cloud. The Banana Republic is sharper and more luminous than Cloud.
Delina and Baccarat Rouge are just soooo good. I also love Libre Intense. These 3 are my my fave. I have smelled them all but I don't like Black Opium and, Valentino Donna and Mon Guerlain.
I personally dislike Mon Guerlain although every single time y wear it people compliment my perfume 🤣. My signature scent is Narciso by Narciso Rodríguez ☺️.
I am in love with a perfume that was a limited edition release, so is no longer made. Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream Kiss. Every time I wear it, I cry a little inside, because I am putting a dent in that bottle. I also love Christian Dior pure poison. The only perfume I own on this list is Black Opium, but it's not my favorite, by a long shot. I do like it, and wear it, but not like the first two perfumes I mentioned. Also, I have a travel spray of coco blush by good chemistry...a brand I found on Thrive market...perfect coconut summer scent. Smells like a tropical island. High recommend on that one. Travel spray was only $12, too.
I try to wear a different fragrance every day but the ones I keep going back to are Santal Vanille - 7 Virtues, Chloe Nomade Absolu, Orientica Amber Rouge & 2 from Clean Reserve, Skin & Sueded Oud 😊
I ordered D&G Light Blue *blindbuy... and ender up returning it, didn't like it one bit. My go to fragrances r 1) Chole Nomad 2) Jo Malone Peony & Blush Suede or Cucumber & Earl Grey 3) Donna Born In Roma Yellow &OG 4) Versace Dylan Blue 5) Mont Blanc
Right now I’m sort of layering a lot, but Donna Born in Roma is my favorite right now. I mix that with Ariana Cloud and sometimes My Way too. I’m trying to grow my stash a bit and honestly I think it’s a good start!
My current top three scents are YSL Libre, Coco Mademoiselle, and Avon's Far Away. For nighttime I'm loving Oscar Lavender and Chloe. Ralph Lauren's Romance will always be a favorite of mine, because it was the first scent I splurged on and got consistent compliments. And I think if you like a scent and you get compliments, you should wear it. Who cares if other people wear it too? All perfume smells differently on each person. That phrase, "You do you, Boo," is right on target for perfumes.
I think Angelina Jolie had a lot to do with Mon Guerlian popularity, I agree about Jeremy fragrance role in it as well, and it really is a great perfume
My current signature scent is Tobacco Vanille Tom Ford but I’m sure I’ll switch it out in a few weeks. Baccarat Rouge 540 terrible staying power on me but the Extrait has way better staying power on me and I like the smell better. Coco Mademoiselle was my signature scent for many years, I do wear the Privee though
I don’t currently have a signature scent because I’m still exploring…..but if I did it would definitely be either Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper or Ebony Wood.
As much as i want to like mfk br540, it smells like salt water on me lol. Im currently using delina by pdm. Sometimes contre moi by lv and sweet diamond pink pepper from kayali. Those are the top 3 i use these days 😂
I had Light Blue and Chance Eau Tendre in my collection - I liked them, but I never fell in love with it (by the way, D&G is my sister's signature fragrance). I also have Black Opium and adore it! As for Mon Guerlain, I had this sample several times and each time it was a nightmare! I feel extreme powder that I can't breathe because of! And the flowers, which are barely felt, only enhance the feeling of vintage (not in a good sense) of this fragrance. This is absolutely not for me. In my youth, my signature fragrance was Echo Woman Davidoff - a drunken peony, framed by osmanthus, musk and violet - an incredible feminine fragrance! For more than 10 years now, my signature fragrance is Acqua di Gioia Giorgio Armani. It is the aroma of fresh mojito with a note of peony and a drop of pepper. In the cool it is sonorous and fresh, and in the warm - more floral and sweet. The perfume used to be very popular, but now I enjoy its uniqueness among people. For the last few years, I have been feeling the urge for sweeter flavors, but I am not yet ready to name any of them as my signature.
Oh please Ilythia if you can try Eclat de Fleurs from Lanvin!!! Its literally same as Chanel Chance Eau Tendre but it has that lasting power which is shocking🤩 I own both and when I know I will be all day out and wont take my bottle with me I use the Lanvin and it last really long time🌸✨
I tried Mon Guerlan at a local perfume counter and just couldn’t get into it. Was it because I only sprayed it on the tester strip? I really want to find one that I like
I use Chanel chance eau tender every day i get compliments every day however I miss a perfume that i can smell. I cannot smell it in myself at two minutes after applying. I can smell it in my clothes and scarves but not on my skin.
Sorry but I am still accidentally blocked on Instagram. Please unblock me. It’s very frustrating lol. My username is the same as my RUclips username. Thanks.
I have too many perfumes to have a signature 😂 but I love Versace crystal noir edt. No one I know wears it so I feel “special” when I wear it out. I see why the ones mentioned in your videos are popular but majority of them I don’t own and don’t really enjoy that much (aside from Mon guerlain and light blue)
I must say, I dislike Chanel Chance Eau Tendre EDP and EDT, as well as Coco Mademoiselle (EDP and EDP intense) Have finished 3 samples of each of them. None of them spoke to me at all and they turned me off. The only one of those I thought was *ok* was Coco Mademoiselle EDP intense. But I'm not really buying a perfume if I feel it's just *ok*. Enjoyed this video and basically all the perfumes I expected would be here, were included.
I live in a small town, I don't smell perfumes around me often...but I went to Disneyland 2 weeks ago and all I could smell was BR540 (and it's dupes, I'm sure) all around! It did not smell good to me at all.
Currently layering Jimmy Choo I want Choo with Kay Ali Eden Juicy Apple; or wearing just Kay Ali Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper in its own… soooo goood 🤤 and I’ve gotten lots of compliments on both scents.
I don't think I really have a signature scent, my first real perfume I ever bought was Ralph Lauren Romance, and is the one I've used the most, so maybe that? I love Black Opium still and use often, especially in the colder months, but more recently I've been wearing Jimmy Choo and Jimmy Choo Illicit (which reminds me a lot of Black Opium), and La Vie Est Belle for fall/winter. Now that it's warming up I'm moving more towards Alien, Jimmy Choo L'Eau, and Kate Spade In Full Bloom Blush. I'm surprised not to see any of the variations of Marc Jacobs Daisy on the list, but definitely not surprised to see Baccarat Rouge 540 on there at all.
@Linnea I have both and enjoy them as their own fragrances (I think they are each unique while still having the same 'vibe') but I'm looking for a direct clone to the OG.
Closet dupe imo is Cloud but it’s still just a sister scent and it’s lasting power is awful. At least to me there’s really no “dupe” out there. Always something missing that 540 has and can’t be replicated.
@@FreshGrey-pm4vw I think it is absolutely beautifully made and I'm not giving up on it. Just the tiniest drop is needed I think. Yes, Flowerbomb is terrible, I can't handle the sandlewood, patchouli notes. That is all I can smell in those types of perfumes.

Hibiscus Palm for the warmer months and Coco Mademoiselle for the cooler months
I turned this on, thinking my signature wouldn’t be on here… and it’s #1 😂
I actually don't have a signature scent. I like to cycle through perfume based on what I'm wearing, my mood and also the weather. And I just want to show my perfumes equal amount of love so they don't feel left out LOL.
Same lol. I try to use all of them relatively equally, but the weather is a big factor on what I decide to wear. The only time I ever had a "signature scent" was the time between when I bought my first and second perfume.
Current signature scent is Elie Saab Le Parfum
I love that parfume! Thanks for mentioning it here. I might just go and pick it up tomorrow ❤️
I really rotate my scents daily but i would say my most used is Good Girl Legere.
Me too!
My go to fragrances r
1) Chole Nomad
2) Jo Malone Peony & Blush Suede or Cucumber & Earl Grey
3) Donna Born In Roma Yellow &OG
4) Versace Dylan Blue
5) Mont Blanc
If you love Baccarat rouge but want something slightly different you *have* to try Sisley Izia la Nuit! It's amazing and had a similar vibe
Right now I’m wearing Aerin Hibiscus Palm and Gucci Flora Glorious Gardenia . In colder weather I do love Armani Si
I had the Valentino donna and baccarat 540 amazing lasts long and you will get compliments for sure.
Great video. This took a lot of thought, knowledge and research. Good job! :)
I love light blue. It does have an underlying somewhat old lady scent but it’s also so soft and almost coconutty to me. Like a warm satin coconut lol
Victoria’s Secret Bombshell is my all time fav! Anyone else?
YSL Libre is rich auntie vibes all the way
I don’t currently have a signature scent because I’m still exploring…..but if I did it would definitely be either Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper or Ebony Wood.
Ebony wood from zara?
@@greenrocket9344 Yes
YSL Libre Intense and Givenchy L’Interdit.
Burberry Her. 🍓
As much as i want to like mfk br540, it smells like salt water on me lol. Im currently using delina by pdm. Sometimes contre moi by lv and sweet diamond pink pepper from kayali. Those are the top 3 i use these days 😂
Baiser Volé de Cartier. Forever my number one, my signature scent ❤️
My personal favorite at the moment is Valentino Donna born in Roma yellow dreams! I like it better than the original, more fresh and powdery
I feel like I have 2 signature scents for each seasons. As for a scent all year round of I had to pick one, it would be Ariana grande cloud.
I love Black Opium Extreme, and I am wearing Gorgeous Gardinia and Donna Born in Roma for spring :)
Its literally same as Chanel Chance Eau Tendre but it has that lasting power which is shocking🤩 I own both and when I know I will be all day out and wont take my bottle with me I use the Lanvin and it last really long time🌸✨
Baccarat Rouge is my signature scent and has been since 5-6 years ago.
At the moment I am going between Louis Vuitton Cosmic Cloud and Atelier Des Ors Rouge Saray. 😘
I LOVE bacarat rouge , channel coco mademoiselle and Chanel eau tendre …. My absolutely favorites along with l’eau d’issey by issey mihake
I love my way and my intense and l'interdit.
I'm supprised la vie est belle didn't make the list
my signature scent atm is either pivoine suzhou by armani or hermes sur le nil
You should try house of sillage, Greenwich Village bond no 9, Elizabeth and James Nirvana perfumes range
I really enjoy watching your video's 🤩
Love mon guerlain intense!
I tried Mon Guerlan at a local perfume counter and just couldn’t get into it. Was it because I only sprayed it on the tester strip? I really want to find one that I like
I haven't a signature scent. I love to change my fragrance every day
I use Chanel chance eau tender every day i get compliments every day however I miss a perfume that i can smell. I cannot smell it in myself at two minutes after applying. I can smell it in my clothes and scarves but not on my skin.
My signature scent in Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Intense de Parfume 🤗❤️
MFK Amyris Femme and MDK Gentle Fluidity Silver. Amyris reminds me a lot of CC Mademoiselle.
My signature scent as of right now is Narciso rodriguez musc noir rose .🌹❤
I owned at least 4 fragrances from the list. How Lavie Est Belle make the cut? 🌸💜✨
Victor & Rolf Flowerbomb Dew
I can't seem to like Chance eau tendre. I think my nose doesn't like the quince. I tried on skin and clothes and it's just not for me.
Valentino Born in Roma. Love it.
My signature scent since 2018 is Chloe eau de parfum!
I tried to love BR540 but i just couldn't do it. I don't like the burnt sugar smell 😩 yet my signature scent is Cloud
Currently layering Jimmy Choo I want Choo with Kay Ali Eden Juicy Apple; or wearing just Kay Ali Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper in its own… soooo goood 🤤 and I’ve gotten lots of compliments on both scents.
lancome idole intense my current signature
Mon guerlain is the only perfume that my husband compliment me on, i guess its true when they say its a 'wife' perfume.
Current signature scent is Chanel Chance EDT
Si Fiori 🌸
The best!!!
i love your videos!
My current signature scent is Tiffany Sheer 🥰🥰
You can add the new Cheirosa ’68 Beija Flor to the BR 540 dupe list. :)
My scent is Jean Paul La Belle!!
In your opinion, what is the closest dupe/clone to the original BR540 EDP?
Amber Rouge is quite the dupe.
@Linnea I have both and enjoy them as their own fragrances (I think they are each unique while still having the same 'vibe') but I'm looking for a direct clone to the OG.
@@lisabroestaff7133 I have to try that one! I prefer the edp version and I keep hearing people say its closer to the extrait...what are your thoughts?
Closet dupe imo is Cloud but it’s still just a sister scent and it’s lasting power is awful. At least to me there’s really no “dupe” out there. Always something missing that 540 has and can’t be replicated.
I have 3 top scents right now: Armani Si, Chanel Allure Sensuelle
And Julianna's Perfume called The Scarlet Letter!
Idole by Lancome has been my signature scent since it came out.
Mens version??
I am loving Sweet Addict by Oakcha - dupe for Killian Love Dont be Shy
I just bought that too. It is so strong!! Gives me a migraine.
@@leesbegley6231 Isnt that interesting! Its one of the few that dont give me a migraine....like all the floral scents, Flower Bomb, Mon Guerlain, etc.
