@@antharez29 jazz influence in japan pop music is pretty common. for example, yasutaka nakata, one of the top producer employs a lot of jazz influenced chords & progressions. he produced musics for artist like perfume, meg, kyary pamyu pamyu, and a lot of remixes and collabs.

This more like a duet to me if I'm dead honest. It was more like you were complimenting each other rather than battling. I love it so much. So musical!!! And I love how much harmony and chord changes Ichika uses in his tapping lines. But I also absolutely adore how Charles uses those weirdly grouped triplets in his tapping phrases. Such a joy to watch and enjoy. Bravo to the both of you and wish to watch both of you live someday before I die.

In all honesty, the theme built in round 3 sounds like it could be an amazing song. If you could work with Charles and build a full song from that... that'd be a dream. Also, light distortion, EG f-zero on smash melee, and some bends... ah... a delight

@@quotedmarii I've been listening to the album I'mperfect by Ling Toshite Shigure, and bass and guitar just sound so great together. TK plays high notes on the guitar, leaving 345's bass room for expression (yes, 345 is her handle as I understood it). The bass isn't left to be a rhythmic foundation between the drums (btw, great drum techniques too) and the guitar, adding melody, and I found that very refreshing after listening to much metal where the bass is often drowned in the low-tuned guitar(s).
