Another Two Storey Tiny House Design by O.D House and Interiors!
Maximizing space is the most exciting part in house construction. Just like in our design today, this two storey tiny house design has we are featuring has the space that all you need. The Ground floor is composed of living area, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and an area for laundry below the stairs.
The second floor is the bedroom suitable for a couple starting a family, the front balcony on the bedroom makes it more relaxing, from the view of the outside. The spiral stair which is located at the balcony, that will lead you to the upper deck which is a wide area you to enjoy.
The House has:
1 Bedroom
Living Area
Dining Area
Kitchen
Laundry Area
Balcony
Roof Deck

just multiply lang po ang 25k per sqm x total floor area you will get a rough estimate po :)

You can still install a shower accessories on thi one. It just happen that the design is made for a low cost filipino family, where shower is not a priority. A lot of Filipinos use Tabo and timba when bathing 😊
