I have this hitch on a short bed Ram pulling a 10k camper. Happy with it. Very little chucking. Hitch is simple to install and uninstall from the truck. So is the hookup. Can all be done alone or easier with an assistant. Hitch allows full 90*turns.

Thank you for the video review. Very informative, I bought my Crosswing last week. I hope I have the same results with mine. Same truck also. Thanks again for doing the video. Very helpful indeed. As you said there are not many reviews about the Crosswing so this was a great video to find.

Thanks for the honest review, and the insights you put into a simple video format. And thanks for the heads up about “NOT” removing that 1 bolt, you’ve probably saved a lot of money for your viewers on that one (sorry it had to cost you, but your loss is our gain I guess). So you’re saying the bolt used for adjusting the height of the hitch must be torqued down to 300 ftlbs? Dang that is a lot. Thanks again, and please update on the long haul.

Does the crosswing hitch allow a 90 degree turn without contacting the Cab? Is it easy to hookup?

I have the Crosswing pulling the same rig. A great hitch system.

Another IT guy here with a short bed Ram. Please keep us updated on how this hitch performs for you. Subscribed too.

I don't know what size truck you have but I do know if the weight of the 5th wheel overloads you your truck is too small.
