Good video :) I enjoyed this one, I agree the yo-yo is a great concept that adds plenty of mechanics to it. I also loved the fact you have the option to build momentum to get through quickly, or take it slow to get the collectables and side quests.
I will let you know for sure and I will be posting a review as well on my channel before FF7 Rebirth comes outs next week! Will you be playing and reviewing it?@@obscuristgaming
I hear ya! It definitely runs well on Switch even at 30 fps, but I can’t help but wonder how it plays on Series X or PS5! I won’t double dip to test, so keeping an eye out for the first review on those consoles.
@@stevenjohnson8736So the story mode is probably 8-10 hours if you’re just playing it to beat it. Maybe about 15 if you’re collecting everything. And then if you’re playing time trials/high scores, you can spend a couple hours on even just one level, and there’s 50ish in total.

Great review! I too have had my eye on it since it was first announced. I’m going to pick it up today on PS5. That soundtrack sounds amazing.
I failed to mention it, but yes, the soundtrack is absolutely fantastic and fits perfectly. Let us know how the PS5 version is!

Need a physical of this 😎
Yeah we do- The publisher seems to be talking around it at the moment, so I would stay tuned for an announcement
@@obscuristgaming This has Limited Run written all over it, but we shall see…great video!
it looks a bit like Kirby Forgotten World
That’s a good comparison I think in terms of the colors, camera, etc.

30 FPS is a bummer in consideration that current gen consoles run at 120 and even Steam Deck easily hit 90

It's not a bummer if it's consistent, Mario Sunshine was 30 and very reaponsive. Some people been playing it and saying is great on Switch.
@@obscuristgaming is this game worth playing on the switch I’m thinking about buyin this game for my switch oled
@@obscuristgamingforget about it I’m not gonna buy this game now it’s only 8 to 9 hour gameplay it’s not even worth it when the game is that short
