Hey Rohit, I need your suggestion. I was planning to buy M650L which is INR 2400 but saw MX Master 2s for INR 5,000/-
So should I go ahead with Master 2s or plan and save for Master 3s? Please suggest.

I wouldn't recommend the 2S right now, it's too old. Better save up for the 3S, or check if you're able to get a 3 somewhere like I did.
