@jakobotten7389 Basically units have a hidden vigour bar that depletes as they move and fight, but replenishes when they stand still. It has levels such as fresh and tired. As it gets lower you suffer big penalties to your stats which will now be displayed on the unit card.
Just out of curiosity, why haven't the land battle people swapped over to conquest? As far as I can tell, the objective seems inconsequential in 90% of games, beyond preventing the more toxic stuff obviously.
I think for the high level land battle players it comes down to the point more often than that, so for them it feels a lot more like a completely different game mode. That and just resistance to change.
Im a land battle player! But i play conquest now! And my tournaments is always conquest, also because the organization is more practical. And a lot of players find fun conquest.😊 but agreed with you, could be more and more players/tournaments on conquest
Friendly reminder from Enticity that Black Orc Unstoppable Choppas is a bad ability. -24MD is not worth the 25% increase in melee damage. They basically don't kill any faster and they'll take way more damage.
@@johndane9754 What it means heavily depends on context, unfortunately. % increases don't mean much b/c infantry have low weapon damage compared to heroic units. The Black Orcs get a bit more damage from that +25% but they tend to get way more DPS from MA increases instead. So buffing MA for infantry is often better than Weapon damage but heroic units tend to benefit from both b/c they've got so much damage that +25% counts for a lot more and you want to maximize their frequency of landed hits so increasing MA is also effective.
3:10:16 I think what really can really cost you a game is, when you try to counter a thing, spend lots of resources to find out you can't and then try to recover. If you see a thing you can't counter very well, a lot the time it is much better to ignore it (work around) than to try for a kill.
I so rarely comment but hate to see the steam tank back in trash can..I can remember hearing u say 50 time ..I wish the steam tanks were good..yea maybe too strong after buff one nerf was plenty ..now back in the can
Compared to other DLCs, it really isn’t. The only major issue by most accounts from testers and “pro” players are the wrangler squigs. Compared to past DLCs like thrones of decay that had both steam tanks and thunder barge, not to mention how OP a lot of shadows of change units were on launch, this is definitely the most balanced dlc initial release out of the past 3-4 dlcs for certain. Most of the Khorne units are solidly good and balanced, if not a bit weak. Ogre units are either overcoated for multiplayer or have no functional place in the roster. Orcs definitely got the best of the bunch I believe but outside of wrangler squigs as previously mentioned, the new units are all pretty balanced and hypothetically have use cases, especially for their price point. I definitely understand the fear though.
The effects of vigour are now shown on units stat lines as the game progresses. That's a really good change for readability.
I’ve played for 5 years and still didn’t understand

Nice! Let's see the hidden charge speed bonus too!
Holy shit finally. It only took them a decade to implement an obvious improvement people have been asking for
It's a great QOL improvement absolutely!
Pigback Riders to Oath Brothers of Tor: "Look at me. I am the elite cavalry now."
"It's over, I have the high ground!"

Thank you for the constant gold content, Turin. You're the best!
Turin’s thumbnail work is always on point.
Turin the RoR pigback rider has 50 charge bonus, normal pig back riders are 30 charge bonus. This is too hog wild.

Not sure!

I've come to accept Conquest as the new land battle.
@@Sleepingdruid37 Land Battles for me are more like a glorified version of army showcasing lol
Conquest is where its at
turin is such a good comentator its incredible
Grubby/Turin crossover in the future???? Man that would be amazing to see.
Arbaal looks nuts, wow
If arbal becomes a meme where he is always defeated im gonna cry tears of laughing
Markus Wulfharts "focused" shot ability seems to miss a lot, aint focused at all. In that last battle it didnt hit once.

So that mean you don't buff their melee attack by other means?

@@adeptusjoker7176 So you're saying that you shouldn't use the means you have to make them hit more often while they're hitting harder?
@@johndane9754 You should, of it's economical of your in-game resources like money and magic
Man the gnoblar hordes are a thing of beauty 😩 to this day I think some of my favourite matches you’ve casted included pure gobbotides
Unga Bunga round 2; Electric Boogaloo.
Exhausted stat loss should be yellow and stat debuffs like spells should be red for clarity. Now it looks like you are effected by enemy spell.
Everyone playing ogres with dlc access: ok i somehow need to fit the ogre weeb into my build 😅

Those 3 bolt throwers should have been shooting the dreadsaurian for sure, that's a lot of fire power and it's a huge target.
I was watching Enticity's stream during the Gnoblar build, it was hilarious
Fab stream. Love the dlc
43:33 that fight was so cool
damn glad ogres got some love, Have they touched the "king" at all? Grease the meme lord?
He's still bad haha
Wouldn't the pigback riders be a little too effective for their cost? 375 is really very little for a unit that requires specific means to manage.
How does it require specific means to manage any more than an empire spearmen?
The Return of the Kraken King.
LOL @ Turin calling the Eshin Maneater Steven Seagal!
Ok. We got Ninja Ogre. We don't need any more dlc now.
How'd do you get the damage up in the top left? Is that a mod?
You have that in live, with spec slot, it doesnt show in replay. That would be a nice feature!
@@Giamma_tv It shows up in replays for domination, just not conquest/LB for some reason.

@Calamity4 that shotgun korne cannon seems busted too
@@galeforce21 however it does have inferior range to most other artillery and is a single entity so sniping it could be an option
Khorne outshooting pirate coast in a ranged duel really shows CA's mastery of game design and restraint in avoiding using power creep to sell DLC...
