Nailed it as usual, Rob. Always feeling ‘tired’, but it’s not the physicality, it’s the tiredness of the brain over-worked, really, in my opinion.

You nailed it so good, expecially the part where you explain how this fatigue is different from the fatigue you feel when you are just tired and how it actually is an illusion.
I almost shouted out loud when you mentioned the hay fever because im going through the exact same thing right now, i always had very light Symptome almost not notable but now my OCD forces me to think about it every time i take a breath outside and now its getting worse. The hardest part is to accept that its your central nervous system that is overworked due to the nonstop OCD thought cycles and not some illnesses that the doctors can't find.

Sometimes the fatigue doesn't break away when you're internally checking and staying in touch with it and reminding yourself "I'm so tired".

Great Video, as always. I think it’s really about what you focus on. Of course you gonna feel somewhat tired, because OCD is like a mental marathon every single day, but it’s actually getting stronger the more you focus on it. That’s why it’s important to find a good balance between resting as much as you REALLY need and still live your life to an extent that it makes you happy and not exhausted.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been this bad but at my absolute lowest the fatigue was so bad I couldn’t even barely get out of bed to take a piss after being through that and getting through it I’m glad but there’s always that fear it will come back just as hard

ive had severe anxiety for years. but for the past few months ive been having soul crushing fatigue. I can sleep for 8-12 hrs and feel like I haven't slept at all. I dont have the energy to do anything and all I want to do is sleep. im pretty convinced at this point that I have cfs. I just can't reason with myself why im so utterly exhausted all the time. I hope I find an answer soon

I've had this yawning tic for years. It's somehow tied into OCD and breathing focus.

I’m super confused I thought ocd is result of a weak and tired nervous system from all the negative behaviors and fighting with every negative intrusive thought because body doesn’t know difference from real and imaginary threat then thoughts start getting more potentency to the point of being debilitating and intrusive because of body being in fight or flight but I’m doing positive accepting behaviors so I can retrain my amygdala to not react like these thoughts are trigers I’m accepting every negative intrusive thought so my body can go back to sysmptatic system response aka homostansis anxiety is gone but guess what ocd still there what the heck I feel hecka stuck.
