Oh my goodness Gav…your library is absolutely stunning and I love your shelving island you have with the toadstool on, it looks amazing 🤭🤗 You have done a phenomenal job with it all you really have. Stunning 🤗
I went through the middle grade section at the Barnes &Noble near my mom's (there isn't one where I live), looking for some of the books you always talk about. They barely had any. I didn't even find the Frostheart series 😭😭
I haven't heard anyone talk about the Tenth Kingdom in at least 15 years, but that was SUCH a huge part of my childhood. Finding out that Wolf was in Gilmore Girls also blew my mind when I did my rewatch of GG last summer lol
Watching from the future, but god, your collection is to die for - I wish there was an easy way for you to list all your books because lord knows I'd love to get some physical copies of some of these books! And I adore finding out what others have in their library collections!
After your BOTM ad, they would be crazy to not sponsor you again. I usually fast forward through everyone's ads. This was fantastic Gavin, it's like a feature film of bookshelves, so colorful and whimsical, kind of reminds me of The Shop Around the Corner from You've Got Mail.
Niiiiiiiiiiiiice! Very nice ^^ I used to watch The Tenth Kingdom with so much love when I was a kid - can barely remember much now but my bones feel the excitement and the giddiness. So I immediately ordered the book (found an old copy in a small independent shop) and now I can't wait for it to come! After that I shall watch the series again. Thank you for this tour, it was lovely and useful. I honestly wrote down so much books that I want to check out.
Love your Library - goes without saying, agree with all the comment love on hear. Joy for my eyes! But super excited to see you have Akatar Witch. Yes do read it as it is high end middle grade low end YA - originally published as "What Sunny saw in the flames". Excited there is a 3rd out this year. I did not know there was a 2nd due to the cover and title change until I realised that she wrote Binti Trilogy and I was exploring her backlist. Enjoy Gav.
I love your library. I am also a bookseller, mostly in the children's books section, so I love when you talk about middle grade. In Germany the arcs are mostly the normal books though, nothing special. Maybe even a paperback when the real book is a hardback sometimes. I loved Charmed as well and had some books. 2 cheap paperbacks that told real episodes and then a few of the other books with new stories.
Haven't even watched it yet, but just liked it per usual. GAVIN you put in WORK on here for us! I'm so excited, I'm about to pour a glass of wine and get settled to watch this...it's past noon here, so it's fine. Haha💚
Ay perfect timing! I was literally just digging through your recent videos trying to figure out if that little grass top shelf had always been there or was new (I’m a newer sub) so now I get to see it all yay!
When you go to read the Practical Magic Series I advise to read them in order and when you get to Practical Magic itself forget the movie because it’s different. I loved the movie and was shocked on how different it was. Don’t want to spoil it for you just go in with an open mind because it’s good.
Gavin you are not crazy I organize my shelves in almost the exact same way! I have to have my books organized by height! Watched the entire video, so fun!
I realize this is over a year old but I am watching it now anyway! The moment at 1:08:37 when your head pops up just barely getting your eyes above the frame line as you subtly lament the need for a ladder had me laughing so hard. I had to replay that multiple times and it never became less funny.
Amazing...ngl from the 1st book you showed down to the last i want them all😂im gonna keep your video saved to write down the names you mention. Get them and feel pleased after it👌🏻great video!
Yasss! I’m in the States and have only recently discovered Sophie Anderson (after being a long time fan of Red Nose Studio who did the American covers) I’ve got the digital ARC of her 3rd book and can’t wait to start it!
Only a little way in but just to say that if your bookshelf is shaking you probably need to attach it to the wall. It's a bit fussy as you have to drill but better than the whole thing coming down on top of you!
I love your library! I would turn the island around because when I think about how a library or bookstore is organised that is the way around it would be.
Lovely book shelf tour Gavin 📚 I've recently read Ice Planet Barbarians and it's a guilty pleasure of mine too lol to be fair I enjoyed the story of Vektal and Georgie,so I've pre-ordered the second book ☺️. Take care and happy reading 📚💜
Btw The Ice Dragon is not part of the ASOIAF world and is actually advertised as middle grade though I suspect more of the people who read it are adults!
that Alice in Wonderland copy with you and your siblings as characters brought memories!! my uncle got me one when i was a kid, except i was in a Mickey Mouse treasure hunt adventure. i still have it to this day.
ps. your library is stunning. I am striving for a library like that of my own one day! I'm jealous of the Charmed collection. i looooooved the show and didn't even know there were books!
Every time i see any of your bookshelf tours I always am so jealous of the Charmed books I don't know how I didn't know they existed when they were coming out. I'm filming my bookshelf tour today good lord they are a lot of work but excited to show off my lifesize book of shadows replica. Maybe I should try to figure out where I got it like 14 years ago in case people ask lmao
I'm surprised to see no Erin Hunter or Wings Of Fire by Tui t. Sutherland! I'm a new subscriber so I don't know if you had talk about them before. Those are incredible series with both an amazing community~
Hi Gavin, I 'm new to your channel. I really loved the tour of your amazing bookshelves. I would definitely turn your book island around so all the YA are on the same side. I was wondering if you 've read Jane Doe And The Cradle Of The world's or Jane Doe And The Key of The Souls by Jeremy Lachlan? I really enjoyed these as well as City Of Ghosts by VE. Schwab recently. I'm really looking forward to seeing more of your videos. Happy Reading! 😊
Gavin- please help if you can. I’m late to the believathons- I just completed #3 alongside your awesome Compendium from Amazon. I’d love to watch your unmasking video, but I can’t seem to locate it. Can you help? Thanks so much in advance- super excited!!
Hi Nicole!! The unmasking video turns out to actually be the start of the Believathon 4 announcement video - I ended up blending both Believathon’s together to make it a continuous thing, so it’s in the Believathon 4 announcement. 😊
I have that Alice in Wonderland book with my name in too, I still love it because my name never pops up in anything! I would say it is a treasured possession but I haven't managed to find it yet after moving house.. I'm sure it will turn up eventually! My sister got a rabbit one and my brother had Peter Pan. What a 90's thing to own haha.
I do not think you are crazy for organizing by height first. That's my favorite asthetic, the only shelf I don't organize that way is my LGBTQIA+ shelf because it's a rainbow. GOT books - Spine out

stunning library ... also looking sooo much brighter than in your old home! wow just wow 👀💪🥳

Ohhhh the book of shadows. I have watched charmed numerous times. My favorite show
I actually gasped at the view from opening the door! Such a stunning space you've created
Oh Gavin, your library is so beautiful!
Only a little way in but just to say that if your bookshelf is shaking you probably need to attach it to the wall. It's a bit fussy as you have to drill but better than the whole thing coming down on top of you!
I just added a new shelf to my room for more book storage! This is definitely the inspiration i need for figuring out how to display my books
I’m obsessed with the mushroom towerrrrr
Your library is a paradise ! I organize my books pretty much the same way, I like the uniformity too.
I love your library! I would turn the island around because when I think about how a library or bookstore is organised that is the way around it would be.

Great tour! And Omg you have a 10th kingdom book!! I loved the mini series so so much!💙
This is the stuff of dreams! Great video. 👍
Your library looks amazing - like a beautiful bookshop! Very impressed with your Charmed and Goosebumps collections.
Just stunning! Phantom of the Opera is strangely hilarious. So dramatic and ridiculous but worth a read!
10:35 Why did you skip The Secret Garden? Super curious :) Gorgeous library all around!
I also wondered about that....
Every time i see any of your bookshelf tours I always am so jealous of the Charmed books I don't know how I didn't know they existed when they were coming out. Loving the salt & pepper look.
I just discovered Michelle Harrison, enjoying listening to A Pinch of Magic and have the next two ready to read.

Your library is really amazing Gavin! 📚
Yes turn the island around. Love your bookshelves
Thoroughly enjoyed this omgg 🥺❤️
I'm surprised to see no Erin Hunter or Wings Of Fire by Tui t. Sutherland! I'm a new subscriber so I don't know if you had talk about them before. Those are incredible series with both an amazing community~

Hi new to your channel I'm from Sydney, Australia 🐨
I love your library 📚♥️
Hi Gavin, I 'm new to your channel. I really loved the tour of your amazing bookshelves. I would definitely turn your book island around so all the YA are on the same side. I also can't wait to read Notre-Dame. Anamorphs was such a good series, I used to love them
Love your tshirt!!!!!😍😍 and love your videos
Your library looks beautiful 😍 I really want to have my own library room one day 🤩🤞🏻
Gavin- please help if you can.

My hero!!! ❤️
Ahhh obsessed with all of your shelves! So beautiful. When can I come visit? 😘
this is my ultimate dream right here
Okay but where did those charmed books come from?! I didn't know they were books!
what edition of shades of magic you have? first time seeing those spine
Yes turn the island around. That way your middle grade is in your middle grade section 😊
Your library is amazing!! Offically jealous
I love your library 📚💛🧡❤💚💙💜🖤
Why unhaul IT???
It's my personal favorite of his
I have that Alice in Wonderland book with my name in too, I still love it because my name never pops up in anything! I would say it is a treasured possession but I haven't managed to find it yet after moving house.. I'm sure it will turn up eventually! My sister got a rabbit one and my brother had Peter Pan. What a 90's thing to own haha.
Great Library! And I thought I had a lot of books!
Living the dream my man! 🥰😘
Ok that’s too funny you showed the 10th kingdom and I’m watching the mini series right now
loved that!
My good, my dream is to have something like that 😍😍😍😍
My first thought was; why would an adult male have so many middle grade books? But turns out; that is my favorite part of your collection.
Hope this video to blow up😍
A CHARMED FAN
Take a shot everytime the work bewk is said
I am loving watching you line them up in height order, I do the same
Be careful leviathans don't get your frostheart!
a dream! 🤩
I wonder why you and Mel live separately. How did you meet
I do not think you are crazy for organizing by height first. That's my favorite asthetic, the only shelf I don't organize that way is my LGBTQIA+ shelf because it's a rainbow.
GOT books - Spine out
😍
If you are only 5’ 10”, then how short is jade?! I though you were tall because of the height difference.
❤📚
I love these so much!
The entire time you're just like "I know I'm rediculously anal about it" and I'm just like NOOO I do it the same wayy!!
I go: Genre, then Format/Height, then Alphabetical by Author Last Name. XD
