With regards to your midday crash after your workout - I think it could be because of what you're eating afterwards (I literally thought when I saw your lunch that it was going to slow you down/not give you the energy you need to get on with the rest of your day). A nap also works, but if you have fruit/complex carbs and protein after your workout it will probably help with your lack of energy. Conversely, fat is more complex to digest so more energy is spent on digestion (even good fats like avocado) boosting fatigue. Just thought I'd mention in case you didn't know and you wanted an alternative to napping (sorry if this is the definition of unsolicited advice lol)

Love that you recorded some of this vlog in your new apartment! I was used to the old Busan apt., then to the one in Seoul . . . This apt has been harder to get used to b/c we usually only see the beautiful window view and part of the kitchen. I'm so excited that the apartment vlog is coming soon!! Wheeee! And seeing Chloe with you is always fun. I noticed a saying on the wall in the first editing scene in English. Are there a lot of signs and decorations in English in Busan and other parts of S. Korea? Your trainer was counting in English and your friend was speaking English like it was/is her first language. Just so curious. Happy summer in your new place!
This style of vlog is very relaxing. The only piece I would change is to hear the end of your friends stories. I feel I was left on a cliffhanger with her allergic reaction story. 😱
(Clearly she survived, but what happened?!? Was there an Epi Pen? An ER trip? Dang you kiwiiiii 🥝 🤛)
