If Green Tea tastes bitter you did something wrong😅 The most common mistakes are: a)Low quality tea. Never use the stuff that comes in teabags, good green teas have names (like Watanabe Sencha, Gyokuro Hikari etc.) and can cost around 10$ for 150g.
b) Bad Water Quality. Use Water Filters for soft water.
c) Too high temperature! A good Gyokuro or Sencha should not be brewed hotter than 65°C.
d)Leave in the tealeafs for 3 min max. Less for most teas.
If you do all that you don't have to force yourself to drink green tea. You will become addicted!

what is it like to live life? can you tell me? I have schizophrenia and would like to be normal for at least a day, just to know what it is to be normal. sometimes I think about committing suicide, it is not worth living stuck in my own mind. I can't have a job, date, have my own family. it is not worth living like this.
Just live day by day. I often wonder too what it feels like to live a normal life because of my own mental issues. Take medication prescribed by your doctor. Try not to be too hard on your self.
let me just say having too much green tea irresponsibly is bad for you there was a case of someone my bio teacher knew whose liver ( i think it was liver) collapsed i think she had green tea everyday. just saying be careful
