Hi Steve, thank you for your videos. You gave me a lot of encouragement to get a license and start a mortgage agent career. I have an accounting degree and I’ve been working in public accounting for the past two years. However, I don’t feel like I’m reaching my full potential in what I’m doing. I’ll be contacting TMG branch here in Saint John, New Brunswick once I’ll get my license!

Great info vary solid advice. Any Americans watching this that want to be an LO it is highly illegal to give thank you gifts like gift cards and concert tickets etc. even jail time. So this obviously isn’t the case in Canada. But in America You can take that person out to lunch but you can’t give them a gift card for lunch.

That was very wonderful. I'm a newcomer in canada after losing everything I had due to war and immigration I want to start a new career here. I just started a mortgage agent course because I like it and it's short and easier to get a work than others at least this is what I found out about this.

Im 29 could I start this as a career? My mother is a Real estate agent. I would prefer to do something that im not driving everywhere all the time.
