My mottos have always been "never work alone" and "many hands make light work"
When my kids were young these were especially important. Helping mama with something was a privilege and I tried to make it fun!

I appreciate these! I have 4 kids, 2 boys that are 10&11 (my stepsons) and twin baby girls. My parents didn’t do routines so I feel like I’m learning how to do this management in the fly!
I do not have children but I have been a manager for large groups. Everything you are talking about is translatable to the business world. Very good, you have a great head on your shoulders!

With 11 people on the homestead, I don't blame them for using a dishwasher🤣

We never had chores at my house, I've got 7 sibling and my dad did everything when I was little: working, paying the bills, cooking, cleaning, laundry, dishes, everything. As me and my siblings got older we started doing more and more because we saw how lazy our mother was and felt guilty for how much our father had to keep up with, we wanted to lighten his load.
Sometimes I feel like my parents had kids so they could get live in cleaning servants for a decade or so.

I was looking forward to the series on receiving cast-iron pans when me that be coming?
She's done 2 already. How to pick one out and then how to strip and season them. The latter came out just a few days ago.
Also, Cowboy Rollins on RUclips is awesome to learn so much about cast iron cooking.

Do you make all the kids get up at the same time?
Miranda Molling I think she covered this in a previous movie in this series. She lets the older kids get up earlier to start on their devotionals, but the younger kids need to stay in bed a bit longer.
It doesn't matter if I am positive or negative my kids don't listen to me.
I'd recommend the book Managers of their Chores by Teri Maxwell.
