unless you are not a professional body builder you don't need protein powder, make your own powder at home. Don't listen to anyone on internet, do your own research or atleast do couple of Google searches and understand what your body demands and eat that.

      Hi Vedant,
I consume packaged milk of AMUL and other brands like Gyan, or so on a daily basis. I have been cautioned by many people that packaged milk is not real milk and is unhealthy. However I have no options but to consume AMUL milk (because it's the only source near me, I live in student area near my university, no 'doodh wale bhaia' come here)
Can you research on this? Whether AMUL milk is consumable on a daily basis or it has genuine side effects.
I know it's a risky topic considering the huge market share of AMUL (if only you find out that it's actually unhealthy).
Thanks for all the good content.😊

If sugar is not an adiction why can't we stop eating it? 😅 Sugar and Carbs are ingrained in our body to be addictive. And yes it is much more deadly than drugs because not everyone takes heavy drugs but all eat sugar and unhealthy carbs, nothing wrong in pointing out its dangers.

Muscle size isn’t always an indicator of strength.
A guy like Taylor Atwood, at a weight of 72kgs deadlifts 340kgs and benches 200kgs.
One of the strongest wrestlers, John Cena, weighs 40kgs more and deadlifted 270ish and benched around 220 in his prime. Dwayne Johnson is nearly 50kgs heavier than Atwood but his all time best deadlift matches his, and his bench is 225, about 10% more.
      Size isn’t everything for sure.

    • @mohammedarafatlone
      @mohammedarafatlone 2 месяца назад +3

@@noumanintown What an absurd comparison 😂
John/Rock are actors more than they are actual wrestlers
Taylor Atwood is a powerlifter who's entire routine or life revolves around lifting more weight 💀
WWE wrestlers and actors are meant to look bigger and their routines are very different from Taylor Atwood
By your absurd logic Taylor being the shorter and the lighter guy should have better cardio and mobility than John and rock right?
      Absolutely false
If John and Rock dedicated themselves to powerlifting 100% they'll for sure have better numbers since they are already genetically blessed.
Lifting too heavy involves a risk of getting injured and requires a lot of recovery which Taylor can afford sleeping all day and eating and training
Rock/John during their primes couldn't afford risking their job which is grabbing attention and providing entertainment for just lifting heavier than someone.
      That wasn't their job.
      They couldn't afford injuries
Nor could afford recovery since they were on the road 300 days a year.
      Hope this helps
If you want to make a fair comparison
Compare a smaller powerlifter with another bigger powerlifter
Or a small wrestler with a bigger wrestler

I am a 16 year old and I have been training weighted calisthenics for past 2.5 years and I had been through the internet rabbit hole of fitness... I can say that at some point most of the fitness influencers just start to complicate the simple thing that is "Eat right-Train right-Eat enough-Train enough". Most of the fitness influencers nowadays are just increasing the average male body standards even for a teenager like me.. Since I am quite skinny all these things used to make me insecure but now I understand that fitness is very simple, I don't need a six pack and boulder shoulders to become successful in life... It is about making yourself better slowly. I realised I don't need any expensive supplements to get a little stronger and most of these influencers are just overcomplicating it to fool people.

Dumbest logic. Cricket is relatively a more of technique and power game rather than stamina/endurance and fitness. You can see how Chris gayle could hit balls out of the park just by his sheer power. Similarly you can also have Batters in baseball with similar physique as Rohit Sharma doing well cause at the end of the day it is hitting the ball. Ofcourse additional physique can do wonders but is not a necessity.

I am a fitness enthusiast, and I started my journey about two years ago when I was about 19 . I began my fitness journey because I was slightly overweight-not extremely, but not fit either. I dedicated myself fully for more than two years, but I wasn’t achieving my dream physique. I noticed that others who started around the same time were making better progress, which led me to overthink my situation. Despite giving my all, I fell ill, and after recovering, I stopped going to the gym and fell back into unhealthy habits. Within a month, I became overweight again.
Then, while preparing for a relative's wedding, I realized my outfit no longer fit. That moment made me reflect on the past two years of hard work, and I began to question whether it was worth it since I was chasing unrealistic goals. Eventually, I realized that I didn’t need six-pack abs; I just wanted to be fit and look good. Since then, my physique has improved more than ever because I’m no longer focused on an idealized body or comparing myself to others. Now, I work out for myself, not to show off on social media.
Watching videos that speak honestly about the fitness industry has really helped me feel better.
    Keep it up, brother!

  • @erenYeager4eva
    @erenYeager4eva Месяц назад +1

I completely agree with this -
I have and am still doing experiment (though on low and I consult my dietitian) with my own body before listening to anyone:
On internet, they'll keep on screaming take proteins, take proteins but bhai your body should've good digestion and protein taking capacity after a certain limit right? I remember when I used to have daily eggs and meat to complement my protein intake per day and I always used to feel bloated, it was very hard to work in normal life afterwards because of protein breakdown in your body taking considerable amount of your energy and finally I would get bad stomach sometimes for coming days if the food didn't get digested properly.
I have taken L-Cartinine in label suggested amount and found out it helps but sometimes when work pressure increases, it used to reduce my muscles as well. So besically it was breaking down protein and fats in my body.
I have been on diet with little to no sugar but trust me that is two edged sword as well. Sometimes your blood sugar drops below minimum for this reason, your sugar cravings increases many folds and finally when you break that on a cheat day, you take in too much than your body can handle in a single day. For now you may feel - K fine , it'll be fine in few days of no sugar. Wait till you reach 40 and see how it goes. You'll regret a lot
There are so many instances I can provide where I learnt the hard way but finally understood. Take whatever you want and see how your body reacts to it. Moderation is the key and even with that if your body rejects, STOP TAKING IT FROM THAT MOMENT. Don't feed more posion to your body.
If you're earning well enough, you can very well see a certified nutritionist, skip this body experimentation, share your goals with them and take proper advice and guidance from them.
I hope it helps you guys. Thanks for reading
