North Queensland 2022 Part 5 A New Start Toowoomba to Longreach

The day following the story of the last video, I contracted Covid-19, so had to make an overnight dash home to Brisbane. Ruth contracted it a couple of days later. But we were up to date with our shots. With quick access to prescribed medication we both bounced back and three weeks later were ready to resume our trip.
Rather than returning directly to Townsville and Magnetic Island, our next planned destination on the original trip, we spent a day at Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers (see video at end of series) and then travelled west on the Warrego Highway to Morven and then north-west on the Landsborough Highway to Longreach, before heading for Charters Towers and Townsville.
