Pork Stuffed Tapioca Pearl
INGREDIENTS:
1-1/3 cup white tapioca pearl
1-1/3 cup green tapioca pearl
FILLING INGREDIENTS :
6 oz ground pork
1-1/3 cup sweetened radish, minced
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup peanut, crushed
2-1/2 tbsp shallot, minced
1 tbsp cilantro stems
1 tsp black peppercorns
4 cloves garlic
GARLIC OIL:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup garlic, minced
GARNISH:
Fried garlic
Fresh thai chili
Cilantro
Lettuce

Do u have a vegetarian version
Does the radish make a difference on the taste ? What if We take out the radish? Can we substitute anything else?
