    Pork Stuffed Tapioca Pearl
    INGREDIENTS:
    1-1/3 cup white tapioca pearl
    1-1/3 cup green tapioca pearl
    FILLING INGREDIENTS :
    6 oz ground pork
    1-1/3 cup sweetened radish, minced
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 cup peanut, crushed
    2-1/2 tbsp shallot, minced
    1 tbsp cilantro stems
    1 tsp black peppercorns
    4 cloves garlic
    GARLIC OIL:
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup garlic, minced
    GARNISH:
    Fried garlic
    Fresh thai chili
    Cilantro
    Lettuce

      You can use heat resistant plastic wrap, and poke holes in them for steam to pass through. Thank you so much for your comments 😊

    Does the radish make a difference on the taste ? What if We take out the radish? Can we substitute anything else?
