Every sympathy gout is horrendous but easily treated. When I had my first attack I ended up in A&E the pain in my wrist was that bad. Now one pill every day called Allopurinol no side effects and no more attacks. Enough of the medical stuff the videos are brilliant.

Currently going through my third phase of severe big toe gout! Feel the pain for you!! Plenty of water, stop the booze and ibruprofen. Good luck with it!! 😘

I had gout and still went out on the river swale barbel fishing and still caught but I do have sympathy because it's the worst pain I've experienced yet and I've hit a solid wood fence at 60 mph when racing speedway bikes. Different breed obviously fro teesside 😂

Man up Andy I'm a welder/fabricator I spend 12hours a day in boots I had gout for months it hurt but you just gotta get on with it my little toe swole that much it exploded in the end ended up avin 3 lots of antibiotics to get it right lol

Andy I feel for you gout is horrendous ......if it helps I stopped drinking and stopped fatty foods .drink more water .....trust me it stops the pain and agro
