The history behind the jetties is so fascinating! It must have been so hard for people in the 19th century who travelled away from their home countries to find each other
Man I gotta say guys always love the way you put your videos together, it has such a beautiful aesthetic. You guys are so super talented. Really enjoyed finding out about all 7 of the jetty's. Can totally appreciate how you two must have spent so much time waking up so early to visit all of them. Looks like such a unique way of life Tan Jetty is the way to go! food stop wooohooo hahahaha.
Thank you so much! You guys are always so encouraging. We're constantly learning as we go. Tan Jetty has been our go to spot for breakfast every time we get off from the ferry
Glad they have visiting hours for some of these. You're giving lots of useful information for tourists. That little theater is so cool! Oooh, durian cream puff. Loved this tour guys!
Wow I would definitely love to visit those clan jetties. What spectacular history behind those jetties I’d love that they were able to build homes and live there. Your breakfast looked spectacular all those breakfast places many to choose from. It’s great to have tourist hours in a place like that so that the locals can enjoy private time
It's a nice place to visit. It literally takes you back in time. Keeping the traditions alive for generations was no easy task but we're glad we can experience it now
We only visited Chew Jetty last time. Yup it’s very touristy area. Love they have a lot of cafes and restaurants around too. We went to the same cafe to get the icy drinks/dessert guys! Hahaa Last time we only got the drink because it was a humid and hot day and we were so thirsty and this shop stands out the most haha
Next time we should really start early to watch the sunrise! Love the way you put up a map as well in the video to layout all the clan jetties. That’s very useful guys! It’s a very well edited video 👏
We've heard so much about this place but love how you're narrating it and the background story. Glad they are being protected by Unesco. Whoa, you guys woke up early! But I see that you had it all to yourselves. That's a good-looking breakfast, yum!
Thanks guys! Perks of being the early tourist haha. Good to have the place to ourselves. Especially when we're gonna be there taking b-rolls for a while
We would love to revisit Pulau Ketam! Been there decades ago, such a lovely island. Can't wait to be able to travel again. Take care and stay safe Kiron Manuel!
We're both too based in KL. Currently we don't have a video yet on Pulau Ketam, but definitely after the MCO we will make more video (including Pulau Ketam) once tourism reopens!
@@PuriandSue We could discuss more.I collect souveniers from each place I visit.I have been to Penang,Melaka,Pulau Ketam,Genting,Berjaya Coleman, and Singapore.

Haha that Ice Dessert is a saviour from the heat! Probably the only air-conditioned place in Chew Jetty too
Chew jetty looks fun to look around! Love the chill vibes near the water 😍
Next time we should really start early to watch the sunrise!
Love the way you put up a map as well in the video to layout all the clan jetties.
That’s very useful guys!
It’s a very well edited video 👏
Thank you so much! The other jetties are pretty hidden from the main road. Hopefully the map helps as a guide haha
Aww cool concept about the new jetty.
Wow look at the decorations. It truly has to look amazing at night time. Did you guys get to go?
Unfortunately we didn't visit at night but we've heard that during festivities, the place really comes to live
The jetties are so pretty! I love beautifully the people who live there decorated them. I bet the Lee jetty is stunning at night 😍
Love the way you highlighted each jetty in green 👍
Haha thanks! Makes it easier to see. Many of the jetties are pretty hidden.
Thank you for the fantastic Video. Have a nice weekend. Greetings from Germany.
Thanks! Have a wonderful week!
The jetties are actually very calm and peaceful in a way!! I don't mind living off this area! By the wonderful water and breeze
It's very calming to hear the sound of the waves. Amazing place to discover. Plus it has good food too haha

You guys should visit Art and Garden in Teluk Bahang.
Thanks for the suggestion! We'll definitely put that in our list 😄
We have to say some of them are quite hidden! Last time we went, we couldn't find some of them... 😭
Yea, we had to brave ourselves and try walking into every little lane there is
amazing editing
Love your content!
Glad you enjoy it! 😄
I'm enjoying your video, good job, hope i can go to penang, had to cancel my plan before because of lockdown, so sad
It's really sad to hear that your plans were cancelled :( Hopefully you'll be able to go soon!
@@PuriandSue i hope so, thankyou
If you really think about it, them being for residential purposes might have been the inspiration to create the over water bungalows, no?
Probably. One big advantage of living on the water is there's no land tax to pay because technically they're on the sea
@@PuriandSue that's cool
It is like Pulau Ketam with hotels and even a Maybank Branch.
We would love to revisit Pulau Ketam! Been there decades ago, such a lovely island. Can't wait to be able to travel again. Take care and stay safe Kiron Manuel!
@@PuriandSue Let me know if you have a Pulau Ketam Video.I am based in KL.I have been there twice. Also what are your origins?Let me know please

You’re always eating!! How can you maintain your trim shape? Hehehe!
love it!
Thank you! 😄
How long does it take to explore all of the jetties?
You should be able to explore them all within 1-2 hours depending on your pace 😊
